Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Comfortable and spacious 99 m² accommodation, with views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has a lift, glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 covered parking space in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart TV). iron, hairdryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

Fab location. Very clean apartment

Beautiful clean apartment. Perfect location right on the promenade. Had everything we needed. Mostly good contact with Benidorm office. Drains a bit smelly in bathrooms. TV didn’t work but we were on holiday so not a big issue. No running water on our last morning and no one answered the emergency contact number, so we couldn’t shower before leaving to go home.

Fantastic location .great apartment airy bright and clean, kitchen was well equipped for our needs .wifi was gd The drain in the kitchen was very smelly and the main bathroom was the same it was like this all week . Shower in ensuite leaked .and there was no coffee machine as described in the amineties we also emailed to check the make of the machine and we got a reply .towels weren't great either very thin

So close to beach and restaurants . Everything you need like a home from home No A/C in other bedroom so was quite hot . Also the picking up of keys was hard to find because booking . Com have the wrong address number on details.

We had a great family holiday, brilliant location and the apartment was very high quality.

Location is excellent, you are a 5 minute walk into the crazy new town,a 15 minute walk down to the old town, literally seconds from the beach!, perfect! No air conditioning in the second bedroom.

Apartment was large plenty of space and spotless. The view was looking out to lavente beach from side of apartment. All the facilities was really good/excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. The TV aerial/reception wasn't that good and no English channels.
