The Property

Rincon Marinero is a centrally located property on the best and most popular area of the city of Arrecife, in the old town called El Charco. Traditionally, the area was used by and for fishermen but nowadays it has changed to a very nice local hub. It combines plenty of great restaurants along one of the most picturesque areas of the city.

Rincon Marinero is newly refurbished and very tastefully decorated with sea views & El Charco, just 2 minutes away on foot from all the bars and restaurants. Even though very close, the property is in a very quiet area and thus you can get the best of both worlds, whether you feel like a walk in town or just a quiet night in enjoying a glass of Malvasia wine on your own private balcony.

Sleeps maximum 3 persons

The property has a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed. Both rooms share a bathroom. There is a large kitchen-living area with a lovely modern kitchen which is fully equipped, including all pot and pans, tableware, oven, microwave etc to enjoy during your holiday and relish making your favourite meals from the comfort of your home away from home. There is also a dining table for 4 persons, a spacious and comfortable sofa, flat screen Tv, free wifi and channels in different languages.

The property is also equipped with washing machine, iron and sun beds to enjoy on your lovely balcony.


The Area

El Charco makes up part of the old fisherman's town of Arrecife as it is close to the port. These days this area is the place to be for locals of all ages. We love sitting in the terraces of the restaurants that are dotted around the inland sea enjoying the views and a glass of wine.

The best way to get around in Arrecife is by rental car as this way you get to see all the sights Lanzarote has to offer. Nevertheless there are frequent buses between the main tourist areas. There is also a long promenade from Arrecife to Puerto Calero Just ask us for more information.
