Well furnished, modern two bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment comes with air conditioning and WIFI, it also has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a covered terrace with views of the swimming pools and sea. The terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs and a sofa set.



Located on the beachfront complex of Marina de la Duquesa which has 4 swimming pools, padel tennis courts, a small gym, underground parking and is just a short walk to the marina with it's restaurants and shops.

Lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Great location to the port and surrounding areas.

Lovely accommodation

Spotlessly clean, beds are really comfy. There is everything you need. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack. We have stayed at other apartments on the complex and received one which included wine, milk and treats etc. English channels on the TV, not everyone travels with a laptop.

Ideal location

Location was superb. Ideal for beach, port and Sabinillas. V quiet at night. Well maintained complex, gardens and pool areas spotless. Lifeguard on duty at pool. Pool areas never over crowded Cool air fans in apt were excellent. 4 people in the apartment- a bath towel and hand towel each. Another set of towels would have been ideal. Pillows need to be replaced.

Marina de la Queusa never disappoints , the apartment was clean , with lovely views, so close the the marina De Queusa estates always attentive, responsive & efficient The air conditioning in the apartment was not all that effective & difficult to navigate , However ceiling fans & two large fans were of great effect

Every thing in general apart from lack of kitchen equipment More cooking equipment had to buy our our trays for the oven none in the apartment. Found shower very temperamental.

Lovely apartment in Marina Duquesa

Good size accommodation, clean, well equipped and close vicinity to marina and Sabillinas. Also some nice restaurants past the castle in the square.

Lovely Apartment

We love this apartment. It’s in a wonderful area. Really close to the port. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. A short walk from Sabinillas which also has fantastic bars and restaurants. The apartment also has fantastic views of the beach and also looks over the pool.

Highly recommend

This is a lovely spacious apartment. From the balcony there are beautiful views of the pool and beach. Close to port which is full of lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love it here. This is our 6th year of visiting the port.

Very convenient apartment. So well located for pool and port!

I loved the convenience of being so near the pool area and then at night being so close to the port. I have been to Duquesa for 14 years now and I would definitely book this apartment again. I know the balcony is in the shade but perfect for this time of year to be out of the sun for breakfast and lunch and still have a nice view. Myself and family loved it. Thank you so much to Meghan and all the staff. Kitchen supplies were minimal. Definitely for four people but it meant putting dishwasher on half empty to clean Delphi for later. I would have cooked in a bit more but there were no store cupboard essentials. Bare minimal.

Beautiful apartment

Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, apartment itself was well equipped with everything thought of to make it a home from home. Will be back for sure.
