Two bedroom, two bathroom top floor apartment located in the complex Duquesa Village. Large terrace all along the apartment with views to the Estepona coast, sea, communal swimming pool and the La Duquesa Golf Course. Lounge with terrace doors leading to the terrace. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, WiFi connection and an underground parking space.



The complex has several swimming pools to choose from, communal gardens, paddle tennis courts, 24 hour security and underground parking.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment. The view from the front balcony is beautiful, but you dont get the sun. You do, however, get the sun on the back balcony, which is a lovely private sun trap. It's a 20min walk into town, but it is a steep walk back. Overall a lovely private, clean apartment with lovely views.

Great place for the price

My husband & I stayed for 3 weeks October 2024. We arrived after hours so the keys & instructions were left in the safe at the office. Our preference would have been to have someone meet us & let us follow them to the condo as it’s quite a confusing drive the first time plus thankfully the security guard at the gate gave us instructions to the parking garage. The condo was extremely clean & exactly as photographed. Beds were very comfortable. As mentioned before it is a long drive up the hill to the condo, so it is a distance to restaurants & amenities. We were happy to have our rental car. Our biggest disappointment was that we booked this location for the proximity of the Duquesa golf course - we played it our first day & it was the worst conditions so we cancelled the rest of our tee times there & went elsewhere. Lots of great restaurants at the marina close by & day trips to Gibraltar & Ronda were very interesting.

Buen apartamento, bien situado.

En general el apartamento, las vistas, la limpieza y cuidado de la urbanización. La nevera, que no funciona correctamente. Ademas se echa de menos un toldo en la terraza principal, la cual no se puede usar en todo el día. También alguien debería de revisar el funcionamiento de los equipos de A/A en el tejado pues generan ruidos durante todo el día y la noche y no me refiero al del propio piso pues yo no lo he usado.

Stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains

Lovely top floor apartment with amazing panoramic views on sea and mountains. Very spacious, clean and well equipped, you really feel at home. There are two terraces and private underground parking. If you have a second car you can park it inside the complex for free. The complex is spotlessly clean and has excellent facilities, including 5 pools. Its gardens are lovely and very well maintained. If you have a car or use a taxi, everything is close by, beach, port, supermarket, restaurants. By foot it is a 20-25 minutes walk to the sea but be aware that the return is uphill. We had a great stay and strongly recommend this apartment and the whole Duquesa Village complex. We will surely come back.
