Very nice studio . I would just let the potential families that book place be aware of construction on every corner and block going down at least a 1/2 mile: The place is great for adults that are using uber or car. You can not walk any where at night night very dangerous. I do not recommend children unless you are using uber and a car. I left early to stay at a hotel. Host was nice fast communication. I tried to leave when I got , they could not move us to another place. Once again condo very cozy for a young couple or adult girls trip: Condo has everything you need. Very nice condo. Just wasn’t good for us because I brought children.

Rented this property as part of a Nashville trip for my two adult daughters. They loved the property! Both agreed that the condo was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the river. Rebecca was great during the whole planning process...very responsive to any and all questions that I had!! They hope to return and be able to stay at at the same property.

Great communication. Easy Check-In/Out. Great Location. Walkable to Farmers Market and Downtown (as long as it is not 95). Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being a great host.

This condo was perfect for what we needed for 3 adults. I thought it was nicer than the pictures indicated. We had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend. We went to the pool which was nice. Just an FYI, its at the north end in another condo area but had no issues entering with card provided. There was a nice little balcony which we had morning coffee on. Easy walk or inexpensive uber to Broadway. Rebecca was absolutely fantastic to communicate with. Any little questions I had she responded promptly and friendly. I can easily recommend this condo and wouls stay here again

Pearl Jam Concert and Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The apartment was cute and comfortable. The location was great. Safe and walking distance to downtown and music row.

So Convenient!

My hubby and I stayed at this VRBO location for a short trip to Nashville. We both agreed, we should have stayed longer! This little apartment is well located and walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown Nashville. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to this happening town!

Cozy Condo

The condo has everything you could ask for...kitchen was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, living and bathroom were fine. Decorated so cute in Nashville style. It is located in more of an industrial location, but we were right on the Cumberland River and it was fun to watch the barges go by.

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo with everything you needed for your stay. The weather was not the best and construction was a little disappointing but we were very comfortable with the stay.

Nice Spot on the River.

This was a great location, easy to get to all of Nashville. Protected parking was a big plus! The unit was spacious enough yet cozy. Bed was very comfortable.

Nashville getaway

Location was great! A lot of nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Broadway was a 24 minute walk that went by extremely fast. Property was clean and very cozy!

I really appreciated the suggestions Rebecca gave us before the trip. Tailgate brewery is a couple blocks away and their pizza was the best. The brunch at Germantown Cafe was amazing. the monkey bread is 💯

Nice place

Great location, about 8/10th mile walk to Broadway, pleasant stroll along river. Although we did not utilize, it is equipped with good clean kitchen and fridge. Not aware of any nearby grocery stores. No need for rental car. We only slept there and all was fine there. Also, very nice view from patio of river, from 3rd floor location.
