Our hosts were exceptionally communicative, ensuring a seamless experience, even though we didn't encounter any issues. Small Studio in Great Location

This was a great option to stay in London. 10 min walk from the tube, and bus options nearby. Lovely neighborhood and location is great for exploring London. The only slight downside is the check-in/check-out is not the smoothest, as you have to pick up the key at a different nearby location. It's a local grocery store and you have to rely on their open hours.

Great location! Walking distance to South Kennington Station. Plenty of restaurants & shops within walking distance. Plenty of Ubers readily available in the area. It is a tight space but bed and pillows were comfy. Everything is supplied for light cooking and they even had laundry detergent for the washer. There is also a fan, evaporating cooler, hair dryer and folding clothes rack.

: Very cosy studio , small but comfortable with everything you need and clean , great location close to metro , bus stop very nice area . A bit 'inconvenient to pick up the keys at a market, close to the structure but for those who like me arrives or leaves at times not very comfortable let's say it's a bit' inconvenient. And despite being non-smoking room was impregnated with smoke, utilities a bit 'dated.

We have travelled extensively and often rent accommodations and Chelsea Cloisters has a good reputation among our friends in London.While this room was technically in Chelsea Cloisters it is not run by CC and the rooms are in no way comparable. It appears that someone is reselling substandard rooms with the Chelsea Cloister cachet. I had to tun sideways to navigate in the room, it's at street level and very noisy and we could hear our neighbour using the bathroom. Communications with the person selling this room is problematic.Avoid this place

The property is small but well organised and cozy! All was excellent besides the check out (and the check in but it was way easier ) Since we were leaving very early we had to travel 30 minutes just to leave our keys to the keynest! This is unacceptable! Please for your guests sake find a solution to this problem because we were not the first mentioning the checking problem but I hope we would be the last!

Smallest place ever. Checkin was disaster

After adding another night, we were not charged until after we tried to check in. Property very slow to respond. Getting a key required travel to a keynest.. information on that witheld and difficult to click on links... spent lots fmof time typing 50 digit http ccode into a dieing cell phone instead

Stay at 3820

The flat was infrastructurally in a poor condition per the long list of notes sent to GuestReady. It has clearly been neglected for years and offers an insultingly low quality of equipment and facilities( vs the high cost of rent), the worst being the mattress the springs of which have totally expired. I focused on getting the heating and cooling addressed. The heating issue was first dismissed and then took weeks to address in painful steps with plenty of calls and emails. I lived under the duvet for the first 4 weeks of my stay. It was like I was not allowed to complain or make a request. John Serevino was the worst, being extremely dismissive and complaining about the cost of getting workmen out. He fobbed me off with client greeters to install the heater which finally came and she was unable to assemble it correctly, followed by more calls and more emails, to get a proper workman in. Eventually I gave up asking for anything other than a coolingsystem when the hot weather arrived. I would not recommend GuestReady to ANYONE . The team in Malaysia did try their best but John had the final say and he was not budging. Pretty unacceptable in my view. I wonder if he will block this feedback or whether someone senior to him will see this? I suspect he will block IT
