Hi Michele, Thank you for staying with us at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. We are sorry that the rain from hurricane Ida made its way to Destin during your stay. Sometimes the inclement weather does affect our gate and that's an issue that we are actively working on. The front desk staff is able to see if a vehicle from the cameras and they will buzz you through if they see a pass or recognize the guest.
