We also appreciate you pointing out areas for improvement, like the bathroom renovation and lack of fans. We’ll definitely relay this to the owner for consideration. Regarding the slider door notification, we completely understand how that may have felt a bit unsettling. To clarify, we do not have any cameras inside or outside the unit as your privacy is very important to us. Our staff periodically walks property and reported the sliding glass door as open. With the AC off, this can be a concern in our coastal climate, as the humidity can quickly lead to mold or moisture damage in gulf-front properties. Our intention is always to protect both the condo and your comfort — never to monitor or intrude. We’re sorry that message disrupted your enjoyment of the fresh air as we truly want guests to relax and feel at home. We’ll take your feedback to heart as we work on finding a better balance between comfort and care. Thanks again, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
