Enjoy your own private river access for paddle boarding, or kayak down to the Nestucca National Wildlife Preserve and river's mouth. Snuggle up around your fire pit in the evening. Walk to the charming village of Pacific City for coffee, restaurants, and shopping.

Set along the quirky Pacific City airstrip, watch the tides roll in and out as weekend air hobbyists fly in for breakfast. This quiet fishermen's hot spot is perfect for those looking for an authentic PNW lifestyle.

This is currently only available for rentals 30 days or longer. This is a mid-term rental only at this time.

This home is fully furnished with quality comfort amenities and original artwork. Perfect for a couple and a guest, this home is light, airy, with fresh air filling every room. The spacious primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, two closets and a private en suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, large double closet, and easy access to the nearby hall bath. Off street parking for up to 3 cars.

Wonderful River house

Enjoyed the stay at the river house. Easy to walk to the beach or town, off the beaten path very quiet. The house was clean with everything we needed for a great stay.

The property is charming and well equipped. Super clean on check-in, quiet location, walking distance to food, supplies, and beach. Would give a glowing recommendation to anyone traveling to Pacific City!

Pacific City Beach House

This was without a doubt the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs plus a dishwasher to take care of dirty dishes. The beds were comfortable. My wife's favorite room was the sun room, where she could read a book and have a fantastic river view. The shed was supplied with tables and chairs for the deck plus a barbecue. Two bicycles were available with helmets to wear. Also a cooler. The washer and dyer came in handy for our weeks stay. We were able to put our kayaks into the river directly behind the house. It was only a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach towels available for everyone. The fire pit was fun and the s'mores were great. We would recommend this rental and would rent it again when back in Pacific City.

We moved to this river house for the beauty and enjoyment of the Nestucca River, the Pelican Brewery, the beaches, shopping, dining, and dogs!

We love the beach house and its peaceful access to the Nestucca River, the salmon run, and the estuary. So much to explore and it's ever changing. We love Pacific City and its' small town shops, restaurants and pubs. So much to do or do nothing at all.

This home's access to the Nestucca River is so convenient. As avid kayakers, we were drawn to how much there is to explore, both on this river and others in the area. And just steps or an easy bike ride to beaches and the Pelican Brewery.
