The apartment has two bedrooms equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and two single beds, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation easy during your stay.



Enjoy modern conveniences such as air conditioning, heat pump heating, WiFi and a safe to store your valuables. The apartment also includes an iron and television for your entertainment. A small balcony will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation with views of the city.

Best place in Barcelona

We loved the location and amenities. We could Walt to almost all of the sites that we wanted to visit. The rest were a short cab ride away.

Great location but awkward payment/checkin process

The apartment is right in the Gothic quarter. It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Hot shower. Convenient to have washer/dryer in apartment. The rent is fairly expensive but I believe it is typical for this part of Barcelona at this time of day. When we did have a question/issue, we got a response fairly quickly. But you should know that these communications only happen during normal working hours. If you are coming in very late at night, I think you might be out of luck to get help. The payment process was awkward: one payment upon booking, 200 euro security deposit 4 days arrival and then final payment 48 hours of arrival. Since we were travelling in Morocco before going to Barcelona, this multi-step process was a pain two of our credit cards got denied during the payment process. In order to avoid first walking to an office on another street apartment with all your luggage to get your key, you are provided an electronic key through JustIn. The communication of the need to download the app with specific settings was unclear, but fortunately we got it right. It took me digging and digging with questions to find out the name of the app so I could download before leaving home. Some of the things I have been provided at other VRBO properties were NOT PROVIDED here: coffee, paper towels, napkins, spatula for cooking, salt and pepper, oil. Just be prepared that if you are cooking here, you have to pick these things up at the Carrefour down the street.

Great location, poor management

Upon arrival we were given the wrong address for the apartment. After carrying all of our luggage to the one location and not getting a response from the property management company, they finally responded and sent us to another property. We ran into another family in the building and they had the same thing happen to them. We then had to walk a couple miles to the other property with our luggage after traveling all day and night, we were exhausted. Once we arrived the key fob would not work. We could not get a live person to help us. It took a long time to get into the unit. After that the phone/lock system would work sometimes and on only some of our phones. The unit itself was clean and the building was very nice. The front door to the building was impressive and we felt very safe. The apartment was in an excellent location in a busy part of town and close to everything. The downside was that the front/main bedroom was very noisy. It would be helpful to have a fan to absorb some of the noise. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were loose from the ground. But overall the unit was nicely decorated, newly remodeled, and comfortable with a lot of closet space and cabinets. The balconies were a plus, it was great to sit outside and watch all of the people. Upon departure I had to inquire and request the refund of our deposit as a new charge appeared pending, I can only assume they accidentally put in a charge rather than a credit. It was fixed and we received our credit back.

Barcelona family trip

This was a perfect location, very nice unit, great company to communicate with, would stay here again for sure. Only had one small air conditioning issue but they worked to fix it.

Very inconvenient checking process it took long time while a taxi was waiting

Bathroom door did not closed so guess had to use the restroom with door open. The bed linen was stain/dirty. Not a good experience. The checking process can be faster if you just ask in advance for guess information. The stay at the appartment was the bad experience on our vacation

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean, well appointed and centrally located. The check in process wasn't very convenient.

Das Objekt war schön, aber nachts sehr laut! Die angegebenen Telefonnummern der Agentur waren mehrfach nicht erreichbar und es gab keine Rückmeldung. ( Stromausfall- defekter Toaster ).
