Top floor, two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in this popular beach front complex. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, both bedrooms also open onto a small balcony and two full bathrooms. Complete with it's own WiFi connnection, air conditioning and terraces with great views. The main terrace is south west facing for all day sun with views of the sea and golf course.



Located on the beachfront with 2 swimming pools, underground parking, 24 hr security and direct access to the marina.





Communal facilities are subject to availability.

Fantastic spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Located next to the port with spectacular views overlooking the Mediterranean from one of the outside terraces with sun all day. All amenities and appliance available. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely spacious apartment with great terraces, views and ideal location by the harbour for all the restaurants and bars. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the week we rented. I appreciate it is the end of the season but I think the outdoor seat covers are very tired and need replacing especially on the lounger chairs

The apartment was excellent and we could not have hoped for more. The service provided by Duquesa Estates was fantastic. They helped us find a place for family members when their booked accomadation was not what they had expected (through another company). They were a great help

A really lovely apartment with excellent views of the beach and the golf course

Duquesa Estates are a very professional and reliable company. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Beautiful balconies. Light and spacious throughout. Wide choice of restaurants around the Port. Minor point for the owners to think about painting the walls in the near future to freshen up the rooms as it one of the best apartments within the Marina Real complex.

Excelente elección.

Ubicación, amplitud del apartamento, aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda, terrazas, parking, facilidad de reserva, cercanía a la playa, 2 piscinas y servicio de vigilancia en portería 24 horas. Creo que en temporada alta es difícil pero creo que estaría bien que un agente visitara 5 minutos contigo la vivienda y la enseñe contando los detalles imprescindibles. Yo conocía la zona pero para un foráneo puede ser algo lioso. Algún utensilio de cocina debería ser renovado (sartenes). Al menos a los 3 días estaría bien un cambio de toallas y sábanas. Son detalles a mejorar porque nuestra satisfacción con el apartamento es altísima.
