Traditionally furnished two bedroom apartment with full air conditioning and a south facing terrace. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and a bright lounge.



Located in the beachfront complex of Marina de la Duquesa, the complex benefits from four swimming pools, a small gym, padel tennis courts, underground parking and 24 hr security. The complex is just a short stroll to the marina with a good selection of restaurants.

The apartment was exceptionally clean especially for an older apartment, the cleaners do an excellent job I could not see one bit of dirt. There was no clutter either, I liked that there was a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. I also felt it was safe and secure in the complex, the grounds and pool were well maintained.excellent location to port and beach. The showers are not in good condition there is a cutain in the main bathroom a lot of water would go everywhere it is not safe with children or any one older, I kept having to mop out after use. I would suggest a fitted glass door and screen. Also there is a leak in the ceiling it kept dropping water. The shower in the en-suite really hard to get working too and was mostly cold, I personally couldn’t pull the lever up for the shower mode as it was jammed. The accommodation needs modernisation bedroom furniture is falling apart like drawers etc, curtain fixtures falling from wall, hand roller for shutters kept falling from wall,plug sockets loose from some walls too, we also kept getting an electric shock of the cooker when using it. One of our boys has additional needs so we had to extra careful with him.

Loved the accommodation and how clean it was very welcoming place to stay and return too.Beautiful location so central to every amenity..loved it.. Maybe extra pillows but other than that nothing...
