Excellent location

Very tidy apartment. Would be nice to have a few sun loungers for the balcony. Mattresses need upgrading.

Great apartment in an excellent spot

The apartment and whole block is great. We felt the security was good especially being right outside the apartment. Handy underground parking only a few steps away and the pool was literally 10 seconds away from apartment door yet because it does not overlook the pool you don’t get any of the noise! In a word…Perfect!

9 days in Duquesa

The apartment was bright and very comfortable. Positioned on the southwest side of the building we had sun practically all day. It was close to the port but far enough away from any noise. I left a note for Duquesa Estates to follow-up on two points. The dishwasher didn't work and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work as expected to warm the apartment in the evening.

Very good

Noise from the underground garage door. No mosquitoes screen on one of the bedrooms door.

Great location for Duquesa Port

The service from Duquesa Estates was excellent. The apartment was close to amenities, yet very quiet. The apartment was clean on arrival and the welcome pack was appreciated. The people on reception at Marina Real were very helpful and courteous. From a point of view of Duquesa Estates there were no negative issues. However, the apartment was very dated. The doors to the balcony and bedrooms were impossible to lock but because of where the apartment was situated we did feel quite secure. English tv would have been a bonus!!

Meget hyggeligt

Lidt gammeldags spansk indretning men meget hyggeligt.

Marina Real 413

Good 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony facing due south with views over a typically spanish residential area. Facilities in the apartment were excellent although English channels on the television would be a bonus. Easy walking to all amenities.
