Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.

Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
