The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very helpful. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer and a coffee maker. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to use the elevator and being close to public transportation definitely would stay again!

Wonderful location

We had a great experience. Mark, the property manager, was easily reachable and super kind. The building was quiet and was nearby many restaurants and close to metro stops. Property was beautiful and well appointed.

The apartment is in a good location for getting all around Barcelona. It is well equipped, well maintained and comfortable. Communication with Mark the host/manager was excellent. I would recommend if, like us, you love living amongst the locals and experiencing local restaurants and a bit of genuine Spanish life.

The apartment is located in a great location. Near many restaurants and grocery store within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

The property was clean, safe, and as described. Air conditioning worked great. Host was responsive and very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Lots of little places to eat nearby. Convenient to public transport. Loved our time here.

Great apartment

This was our first trip to Barcelona, we were fairly close to Plaza Cataluña so the apartment is fairly centric. We had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer is always so useful. We would highly recommend this place!

Cute house, easy access

Mark was easy to communicate with and helped us out by letting other members of our party in when they arrived on a different flight while we were out sightseeing. House had good space to spread out, AC in every room was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

Nice and clean.

Overall the stay was perfect. It’s as advertised. The only note is the beds are very firm and we couldn’t get the dryer to dry well. I would stay here again thou. The owner was very nice and friendly.
