It features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a semi-independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, tableware, and cooking utensils. It also includes washing machine, TV, WIFI, and iron.



The highlight is its large terrace with dining table and sea views perfect for relaxing outdoors.



Air conditioning in the living room and heating with a heat pump ensure comfort year-round.

Private parking in the same building included.

Pets up to 20 kg are welcome.
