Apartment on the second beach line of Levante, Benidorm, just 300 meters from the old town. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 92 m² comfortable and spacious with street views and partial sea views.



It has an elevator, high-speed internet access (wifi) via fiber, air conditioning, heat pump heating, covered parking in the same building (1 space), 1 Smart TV, iron and hairdryer, ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key delivery and check-in are done at our office located at Mediterranean Avenue 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking. If not coming with a vehicle, check-in can be done at the establishment itself after previously completing the online check-in.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

The location was fantastic and having parking made it exceptional. Close to old city, beach, restaurant great location. I can say I do not like the noise at 3 and 4 in the morning but I knew about the partying so was aware. Would book again.

New favourite definitely stay again

The property is in a great location it is a huge apartment with air con in every room is a little noisy with the street but definitely one of our new favourites the beds are very comfy and the best pillows well equipt with everything just may need more bowls for cereal as was only one Couple cracked tiles nothing major A little noisy in busy season Window that isn’t a window just have to keep eye out if have children that like to be nosy

it suited our needs.

good location, within walking distance to the strip and the beach. Pillows very hard and lumpy, not enough bath towels, bath towels that were provided were too small, no bath matt.

We had a great stay in a great location.

Great location After collecting the keys it was a 20 minute walk to the apartment while carrying luggage. It was a little noisy on the pavement below in the early hours of the morning mainly with deliveries to the local shops but we appreciate that can’t be helped due to the location which suited us so could overlook that.

Great apartment. Key pick up not ideal

Fantastic apartment. Great location, plenty of space. Good facilities The key pick up was less than ideal!! We didnt arrive until after midnight and had to walk 20 mins to get the keys from the office then 20 mins back to the apartment. Luckily we didn't have to do that for drop off as we could leave the keys in the apartment.

Location

Location. Central for shopping and only one street back from the fantastic Benidorm beach. Clean. Both Apartment and building Size ample room for a family spacious lounge hall kitchen and bedrooms. Additional toilet is a real plus point. All in all a great apartment. We had to buy a chopping board and washing up bowl. The shutters were difficult to raise and lower. So black out curtains would have helped to cut out light when sleeping.

Todo bien

En general todo muy bien. Todo limpio y camas cómodas. Muy cerquita de la playa y del centro. Que no se pudieran abrir las ventanas ya que entraba olor a fritanga del local de al lado del portal, aunque de eso no tienen culpa los propietarios del piso.... Y a tener en cuenta que la plaza de parking es un poco justa si se va con un coche tipo SUV.
