New Years Stay

Nice apartment in convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Steps to upstairs loft a bit tricky. Management was nice to let us drop bags early. After that there was zero communication despite repeated WhatsApp messages and VRBO emails. Needed help with main heater which had apparently been damaged by previous renters, WiFi password and check out instructions and received zero response during the entire stay.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Stairs leading up to loft are tricky so maybe not good for small children. Location is close to Metro and for walks along the river. Not as active as other places in the 5th.Management was very accommodating to allow us early access to drop bags. After that, zero communication. There were issues with main heater, no response to my questions/concerns . WiFi password incorrect, no response. Where to leave keys upon checkout, no response. Absolute silence via VRBO app or WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional.

Weekend Paris

Excellent venue for a weekend in Paris. Surprisingly the apartment has plenty of windows so even better then the pictures suggest. Location is great to explore most of the city and everything is well organised.

Great flat just beside Jardin des Plantes

Lovely flat with great access to public transport . Clean comfortable lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby . Stairs to upper level are a bit tricky if you’re not too sure on your feet .

Do not stay at this property. I was sucked in by the glowing reviews but that was not our lived experience. While the location was good and the space was good, the work with the company was terrible. They were well over an hour past our check in time (Which was 3pm at the first available). They did not show up until 4:10 so we were stuck on the street with all of our luggage waiting. In addition, we are still out hundreds of dollars in our security deposit. We have received no communication back despite repeated attempts. Finally the shade in the bathroom broke while we were there. We provided details and photos to the property manager and were promised a fix that never came. Do not be lured in. This has been my worst experience with a property on VRBO.

Appartamento molto bello e comodo.

L'appartamento è posizionato in una posizione perfetto, davanti al Gare d'Austerlitz e vicino a supermercati, negozzi e ristoranti. L'apparmento è molto grande e luminoso. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'host con la comunicazione ma abbiamo risolso abbastanza velocemente.

Fantastic place

Everything is as depicted in the pictures. Only comment is the bathroom sink drain is very slow. We ended using the kitchen sink for brushing out teeth and washing hands.

Kurze Städtetour

Die Wohnung liegt günstig gelegen in einer vernünftigen Wohngegend und ist für einen Kurztrip mit Familie gut geeignet..Leider waren die Handtücher nicht ganz so sauber und gefegt war die Wohnung auch nicht.. Der Check in hat sich leider jeweils sehr kurzfristig von 12:00 Uhr auf 15:00 und dann nochmal auf 15:45 Uhr verschoben.. das ist nach einem langen Anreisetag nicht ganz so ideal.. der Kontakt war allerdings freundlich und sehr unkompliziert..

Amazing location in Rome

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the AC was a lucky find for us in hot European days. Great location with wonderful stores, restaurants, monuments, and coffee shops all around us.Due to our travel schedule, coordinating check-in time/details was a bit more effort than I would’ve liked, but that is more on me and how we travel-we just didn’t always have wifi to coordinate promptly.

Wonderful Weekmin Paris

This apartment is in a primo spot, next to the river and a main Metro station. My mom and I loved the neighborhood for its restaurants and nearby market. We also loved the proximity to Les Jardin de Plantes, a large park for walking and relaxing.

Paris With Mom

This apartment is in an ideal location close to the underground, the river, good restaurants, a grocery store, and Le Jardin des Plantes. What wasn’t ideal was a couple of things. First was the day we arrived. Our greeter, Mark, arrived late to let us in. We waited about an hour for him which wasn’t ideal. Then he rushed us through the process to familiarize ourselves with the apartment. We ended up messing up the process to get out of the apartment our first time because I couldn’t remember the steps he told me to take. I would recommend that you write up directions for how to use the key fob and key and post them on the door. Also, it would be great if the kitchen were equipped with salt and pepper, wash cloths for cleaning the counters and table, and more than one dish towel. The bathroom had hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. That would be appreciated.Working with Anton was great! He was quick to communicate with us and made sure to explain things well.

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood- Sweet Jardin des Plantes

A really well set up apartment in a great location. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect base for exploring Paris. Good size for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Check in was simple and communication leading up to arrival was excellent.

The stay in the apartment was good. It is located in a nice location close to the metro. In addition, the apartment was well equipped. However, the contact with the owners was not always smooth and there were a few things broken, such as a loose toilet seat and the Velux that did not work

Sweet indeed!

This cozy property was perfectly suited to what we needed. Big enough for a very comfortable night’s sleep for a family of four (mom, dad and two twenty-something kids) after two long days of exploring the spectacular attractions. Very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful way to start the day by walking through the Jardins des Plantes. The host was very helpful, personable and accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and drop our bags at the apartment. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic apartment, modern, clean, spacious!

Ruben and Anton were fantastic to deal with. Both very kind and helpful people. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and was warm and comfortable. I will stay there again if I can! All the appliances and appointments were very modern and clean.

A lovely flat in a perfect location!

This is a cozy flat, perfect for four older people (small children may have trouble on loft steps); located within close proximity to great restaurants, train station, grocery and bakery. We were very comfortable and the flat contained most amenities.

Great apartment, communication confusing

Communication about setting up rental confusing. Had to speak with several people. Property manager Anton was great. Apartment just as pictured. Great location.
