「リリアのおいしい家-マーレエクルトゥーラ」での経験の後、お客様を温かくお迎えするために、2番目のスタジオアパートメントを作成することにしました。 2つのアパートメントは近くにあり、同じ建物内にあります。 その結果、すべての快適さでいっぱいの素敵な2番目のスタジオアパートメントです！
2人を収容できるアパートには以下が装備されています。
セラミックガラスのコンロ、冷蔵庫、やかん、料理などのキッチン
ダイニングテーブル、ソファ、テレビ付きのリビングエリア
ワードローブと非常に快適なベッドを備えた寝室。
バスルームはとても素敵で機能的です。
スタジオにはエアコンとWi-Fi経由の無料インターネットアクセスが備わっています。
それは、シラキュースの中心にある主要な通りの1つであるコルソウンベルトの古代の建物の1階にあります。 実際、この道路は、橋を通って徒歩10分（オルティージャ）で歴史的中心部に通じています。
主な利点は、簡単な駐車場（歴史的中心部は歩行者エリアです）、中央駅とバスターミナルに非常に近いことです。 シラキュースとの間の主要な通信ルートに非常に近い。
お客様に自転車のレンタル方法、典型的なレストランの探し方、おいしいアイスクリームショップをお勧めします。

Wonderful little studio in Syracuse! Marco is a lovely host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The studio has everything you need for a few days, within easy walking distance to the city center. Parking on the street was convenient, and it’s truly the best value for the money. Highly recommend!

Close to train and bus station

Quiet apartment close to train and bus station, yet only 15 minutes walking from the Old Town. Very convenient location if you are planning to use public transportation to visit other towns nearby Supermarket is right next door. Owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely studio

Good facilitates, spotlessly clean. Close to bus and train station. Helpful owner. Little bit of a walk to the old town but only 10-15 minutes.

Ein Appartment das alles hat

Das Appartment ist perfekt gelegen, Parkplätze vor der Tür und die Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles was man benötigt gibt es in der Nähe. Wir wurden sehr nett von Marco empfangen und er war immer ansprechbar. Was das Appartement benötigt, wäre eine neue Duschkabine, die jetzige ist schon sehr verkalkt, sowie einen stabilen Toilettendeckel.

Perfect location

This is a wonderful little studio apartment with an owner who is a delight! Everything was immaculately clean. It was very easy to find. When driving just head to the train station, from there Marco will help you find your way to the apartment. Great restaurants are close by and all of the major sites are within walking distance. We did not move our car until the day we left. The best part is that you are sleeping in the kitchen (almost) and your husband can easily bring you coffe in bed. We loved our stay and you will as well

Non distante da Ortigia ( circa 800 metri), vicino alla stazione dei bus, ben collegato con la Siracusa Monumentale e con le zone balneari. Stanza climatizzata con condizionatore ben funzionante che, a minimo, ci ha consentito di riposare nelle calde giornate di fine giugno. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza di un supermercato a pochi metri. Stanza ampia così pure il bagno.

Ein Traum!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in allen Punkten genau der Beschreibung. Sie war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr modern mit sehr guter Dusche. Außerdem liegt sie in der Nähe der Altstadt, aber auch des Bahnhofs/ Busbahnhofs. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und der Vermieter ist ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse. Wir wurden sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Syracus is beautiful!

The apartment is centrally located in Syracus, a short walk to Isola d'Ortiga. Free parking in front of the house. A tastefully decorated apartment with all that is needed to stay. We have felt ourselves very well. Marco was very helpful, which we really appreciate. Mille Gracie. Elke & Robert

Ein rundum gelungenes Apartment !

Es hat ein grosses Vergnügen gemacht in dem Apartment zu wohnen . Alles war da und an alles gedacht . Beide Apartments 1 +2 haben ihren besonderen Charme ! Marco Brunetti war als Vermieter mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen zur Stelle , falls er gebraucht wurde und und somit fühlte man sich bestens aufgehoben. Siracusa ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundigungen in alle Richtungen Siziliens und Ortiga ein Juwel im sowieso an Kulturgütern und landschaftlichen Highlights gesegneten Sizilien und vom Apartment aus in 10 min locker zu erreichen . Optimal ! Es lädt hundertpro zum Wiederkommen ein - was wir auch tun werden ! Danke Marco für einen gelungenen Urlaub :-) Cornelia Maria & Richard

Great location, food & people!

The appartment is very cozy and walking distance from beautiful Ortigia. Parking available at the door every day. Wifi works well so you can share the beautiful sicily pictures on daily bases! Marco was there always available to help, solve issues straight away with a smile in his face and always willing to suggest lovely restaurants, bars, and even take you around the local places! Very nice holiday!

The BEST

Lilia´s house is just perfect. Nicely furnished, with everything you need and only several minutes walking distance from Ortigia. The street Corso Umberto is quiet at night and parking is free, just outside the door. It´s owner Marco is very helpful to provide any information or advice needed to make the most of your stay. He is a real friend and made our honeymoon supreme. Thnx Marco for everything :-) I do highly recommend Lilia´s house to everybody, who is going to spend some time in Siracusa/Ortigia.

Tout est parfait!!l'appartement magnifique, bien decoré avec tout le necessaire...bien placé dans la ville...a 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Ortigia. Tout commerce à proximité!!je conseille cet appartement à tous!!Marco est une personne exceptionelle: accueil très chaleureux, il a nous offert une bouteille de vin; il est toujours là si on a besoin ou même pour des reinsegnements ou des itineraires mais il est jamais envahissant!ça me manque dejà les vacances chez Lilia's house!!!on espère revenir bientôt!!

A true home away from home

Marco is a warm, hospitable person who treats his guests like family. The apartment includes everything you could want and more. Marco has a talented eye and it shows in the design and decor of the place, including stunning photographs of Siracusa. The location is perfect--right on the doorstep of Ortigia but with easy exit for road trips and a number of good cafes and bakeries steps away. My wife and I would recommend Marco and his apartment very, very enthusiastically!

Lilia's house Number two was great location!

We had the most gracious host in Marco who help us so much. It is the best value for your money. Lilia's house was perfect for us, being close to bus terminal, easy walking distance to explore Ortigia and Siracusa itself. We were able to take bus to visit Noto and Medica and to Catina airport. The studio apartment was functional and everything worked, the location was great for us and Marco was the most gracious host who picked us up at bus station and walk us to the apartment. We really enjoyed the 10 minutes walk in the evenings for dinners in Ortigia. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Siracusa again. Thanks you so much Marco for all your advice and help! Eccellente e simpatica accoglienza con prelievo alla stazione ferroviaria, saluto di benvenuto con un'ottima bottiglia di vino rosso. Appartamento ben ristrutturato in palazzo storico situato sul corso principale che porta ad Ortigia, raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Non manca nulla e ci si sente veramente a casa. Marco è un perfetto organizzatore che ha capito le esigenze di chi viaggia e li fa sentire a proprio agio. Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza a Siracusa. Se si ripresenterà l'occasione, ritorneremo ad essere ospiti di Marco. Grazia e Vanni

Wonderful stay

Recently booked a week long stay at Casa Lilia in Syracuse. It was great.marco met us at the apartment and gave wonderful information on the area and sites to visit. That night he invited us to a free jazz performance in the town. Met lots of happy people, felt like locals. The apartment itself was terrific. Parking across the street, easy walk to historic areas, plenty of room at a bargain price. Would highly recommend it. Much less touristy-much more fun.

Perfect Siracusa Visit!!!!

Marco's appartamento is the perfect place to explore Ortigia and Siracusa from. It is a 10 minute walk from L'Isola D'Ortigia, straight down Corso Umberto, and the benefit of staying here is...FREE PARKING!!! The apartment is huge and comfortable with tons of great storage, you can really unpack and unwind here. The neighborhood is cute and safe and quiet. Marco has many perfect suggestions for where to eat (La Tavernetta di Piero), what to do at night (Live Music at Sale), and where to get an apertif, etc. He is a true local and has lots of great ideas for you. He is also a wonderful host and gave us a bottle of sicilian wine and a fully stocked kitchen. We ate lunches at home and saved a lot of money that way. I highly suggest staying at casa vacanze lilia as opposed to staying in Ortigia. So easy and it gets you out into a neighborhood you might not otherwise discover:) Grazie Marco!
