This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of Bologna - there is so much to see and do here, in the city of the world oldest university, the best food, with its towers and arcades (portici) running along the streets of the city centre.

The apartment, in a distinctive quarter of the city, is five minutes walk from the lively historic centre and few metres from the main park of the city: "Giardini Margherita".

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2021, wide kitchen and dining room with a balcony, one large double bedroom, another room with two single sofa-beds and working space, the bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a bidet and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, freezer and microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Nice little apartment in excellent location! It's walking distance from the city center, and the largest public park (always a bonus with a young child). We didn't try to cook - the kitchen is pretty minimal - but we found a few nice restaurants and excellent gelato nearby.

Excellent VRBO stay. Great location and very clean. Walking distance to city Centre. Bologna was wonderful and want to visit again.

Nice apartment on busy road

The apartment was nice, clean and only a short distsnce to the old town centre. The ownerscommunicated oromptly. A bit of a drraw back was that the main bedroom, at the front, was kind of noisy due to volume of traffic from about 6.30am. Property is advertised as having parking available, be aware that this is paid for metered parking, owners advised cost was 7.50 per day (this is the old residents rate), however, the actual visitor rate was 2.20 per hour. Thankfully we only had one full day parked up (8am - 6pm so 22.00). Despite being a nice apartment I probably wouldn't have booked if I'd known this

Pleasant, charming flat within minutes of Bologna's old city

We had a pleasant stay, although just for one night. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Bologna, it was clean, well furnished, with all the amenities - it would have been good for a longer stay. The owner was polite and easily reachable.

Lovely, modern apartment not far from city centre.

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be very clean and nicely furnished. Alessandro and Giacomo were extremely welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Bologna.

Bright cheery sanctuary

The apartment was bright and well-appointed, everything we needed was available. Our host Giacomo sent clear instructions on entering the apartment and the facilities available and was happy to answer our questions in a timely manner. The attractions of Bologna were a short walk away. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the apartment to others.

Immaculate apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Not sure it is accurate to say it is a 5 min walk to the centre. I see the centre as The Duomo which was a 20min walk. The local bus system is excellent however and I would recommend buying a city pass (10tickers)for €14

Ideal spot for Bologna

Lovely clean apartment outside of the centre of Bologna. Getting in was easy and Giacomo was very supportive and helpful, responding to messages promptly. The apartment itself is on the first floor, has everything you need and would sleep three comfortably - there were two of us and it was ideal for us. There was a little road noise, but not enough to bother me. The location is good - we tended to cycle in, which is preferrable to driving because of the restrictions on cars in the old city and difficulty parking. City buses go past the apartment as well. Bologna itself is a gem and well worth visiting. All in all, highly recommended.

disappointed in our stay

My main complaint would be lack of AC - there is one AC unit but it's in the kitchen/living area and it's struggling to work and never makes it to the temperature you set it on for. Because of that it's very hot in the bedrooms to sleep when temperature is 90-100 degrees outside (way over 30C). It's a shame because unit looks well and remodeled and it has a lot of potential. Other complaints - pull out couches are extremely uncomfortable and instead of a "stone through" distance from historic center, it really is a 25-30 min walk. Both TV's are smart TV's so forget about using Netflix. Bottom line - if you are an American and you are visiting in the summer - don't. Chose the time of the year when AC is not needed and then maybe unit will work for you. We left after the 1st night, unfortunately

Weekend stay

Overall a nice stay in a comfortable apartment. If you are picky about road noise and mattresses this might not be the place for you but we were fine. The apartment is on a main, busy road with access to lots of grociers, cafes, and restaurants which is great. There’s a nice park nearby, as well. However, the building is not very sound proof and if you’re sensitive to noise the road noise and noise from other apartments could be problematic. There is also a strong sewer smell that intermittently comes from the bathroom.

Perfect apartment in Bologna

This apartment was ultra clean, extremely spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed/pillows were comfortable, the washing machine and A/C were huge bonuses. There was some noise from the street but it didn’t hinder our sleep at all. Lovely bakery, gelateria, and pizza restaurant on Via Augusto Murri. Try the Affumico restaurant which was a 18 min walk. Extremely delicious non-traditional food and the waitress was delightful. We came to Bologna for the food, and it didn’t disappoint. Our host was very helpful too!

Super Aufenthalt

Es war hervorragend für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während der drei Wochen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Lage haben wir nicht die volle Punktzahl gegeben, da es verkehrsbedingt sehr laut ist, man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Bei der Genauigkeit des Onlineeintrags haben wir einen Punkt abgezogen, da der auf dem Foto gezeigte Balkon, der Balkon der Nachbarwohnung ist. Aber die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und alles was das Herz sonst noch begehrt.
