There are 2 bathrooms, one with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The other bathroom with sink and toilet. The apartment is equipped with cold/warm air conditioning throughout the house.

The apartment has a very nice veranda with sitting area at the front of the house.

At the back of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the private pool and spacious garden with pergola.

There is a parking space in the underground garage.

The urbanization has direct access to the beach.

The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building.

Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.

All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.

Pets are allowed BUT ONLY to PRIOR AGREEMENT. YOUNG GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week.
