This is a lovely apartment and very well equipped for our stay. The canal view is so pretty and we could walk to St. Mark’s as well as plenty of other sights and restaurants. Maria was extremely helpful, from the time we booked through checkin. Four flights of steps up was a bit challenging for my arthritis but it was worth it. Definitely recommend this apartment and location.

Perfect location. Quiet. The canal view was beautiful. Clean. The air conditioner was amazing. The stairs would be difficult for people with knee issues and carrying luggage. We would love to return.

A beautiful apartment with a great location overlooking two canals. Everything is updated and wonderfully decorated. A couple of items that could be improved: The dryer function on the washer/dryer did not work and we had to scramble to figure out how to dry some clothes while trying to check out. Also toilet seats are loose and a cabinet latch wasn’t functioning in the kitchen. Overall a lovely place to stay in Venice.

First Venice Vacation

The apartment is beautiful and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our private chef meal. Lots of stairs but you get used to it and helps burn all the calories of the great food Venice has to offer. Wish we could have stayed even longer!

Like our second home

Typical to any visit to Venice, the two hardest parts are finding your way to where you’re staying, and then having to say goodbye to it. This property is just tucked away enough to be fully at peace and quiet, while at the same time close enough to get everywhere you’d like. We felt like we were staying at a place that could be our home. I may be the outlier here but to me one of the best things about visiting anywhere is a trip to the grocery store/market, and cooking a meal with the sounds of local life around you. It felt amazing to feel like part of such a magical place, if only for a week, and this apartment helped make that possible. Will be rushing back to this apartment as soon as I can.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The location is fantastic, with beautiful views overlooking the canal that made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and the A/C worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during our stay.The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is up four flights of stairs, so if you're traveling with luggage, be prepared for the climb. We highly recommend taking advantage of the luggage porter service offered by the management company—it was well worth it and made arriving and departing much easier.Another tip: book your water taxi directly through the management company. They can arrange for it to pick you up and drop you off right at the airport, making transportation seamless and stress-free.The only suggestion we have for improvement would be to provide more than one set of towels per guest, especially for longer stays.Overall, this is an excellent property in a great location, and we would happily stay here again!

Ne comptez pas sur le correspondant local !

Défauts justifiant mes appréciations : Organisation de l'accueil. Changement d'endroit de rendez-vous la veille du départ. Personne au lieu prévu à l'heure prévue ! Appel téléphonique qui nous invite à nous présenter au pied de la location. (La galère pour la trouver ... ) Découverte de l'étage élevé de l'appartement, sans ascenseur. épreuve limitant les sorties pour quelqu'un de mon âge (80 ans) Exigence du paiement des taxes de séjours alors qu'elles étaient payées lors de la réservation. Difficulté ensuite d'en obtenir le remboursement. (Ecart important du montant facturé à la réservation en rapport à celui demandé par l'agence locale ) Difficultés de communication liées à notre non maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'Italien.

Dear Henriette, Thank you for your feedback which we are completely stunned to read. You have staid at one of our most popular apartments, one of our personal favourites in fact, which is comfortable, nicely equipped has an amazing view that cannot be better. Indeed there is no elevator, as most properties in Venice (probably about 95%) and no elevator is in fact advertised. We apologize if you had to struggle communicating with our agent. Our team speaks Italian and English and there are some members who speak Russian, Spanish and German. Unfortunately we have nobody currently in the team who speaks French too well, so they are more comfortable to speak in English. As for the tourist tax, we apologize if there has been a misunderstanding, the error has immediately been rectified, without too many difficulties - differently to what you state. We always meet our guests at the closest vaporetto stop to the apartment or where the guests get off the water taxi that we can arrange. We are saddened by your comments and do not understand where your anger comes from. We have checked again all mail communication between us and could not find any comment on your behalf about these matters while you were actually staying at the apartment and nothing could in fact have been done to improve your experience. I remain of the opinion that this is your very personal point of view on how things went - and that it has in fact nothing to do with this splendid apartment and the outstanding job our on site team does daily. Great place & location

Very short walk to area with shopping & great restaurants. 10 minute walk to area to get water taxi to islands & airport. 10-15 minute to various tourist spots. Airport was great for two couple each having own bedroom & bathroom. Nice kitchen & living room area to unwind at end of night with a glass of wine or cocktail.

Charming canal view

Newly renovated very comfortable and modern two bedroom apartment in and old building with the most charming canal views. Located at an intersection of two small canals - we enjoyed sitting on stools on the small balcony watching the gondoliers sail by. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower! Well furnished with new comfortable couch, arm chair, large table and chairs. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Only thing to be aware of this is a 4th floor walk up. Not an issue for us but would not work for anyone with mobility issues. Loved the charming neighborhood out of the tourist crush but central enough to get anywhere quickly. Great stay!

Amazing apartment, perfect location, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to complete our 10 days in Italy, would rebook the next time I am in Venice, no need to search for another spot as I don’t think anything else could or would com pare.. Thank ou for an amazing stay

Wonderful apartment in Venice

Our family of five had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment overlooking Venetian canals. It's perfectly located while also being a bit further away from the busiest tourist areas.
