Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home Casita Kunterbunt is located in the centre of Alicante. The 3-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (only in the bedroom), a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Here you can relax with a glass of wine and switch off from the world.

Beautiful Casita

This is a gem of a property. Traditional Spanish house with quirky decor. Exceptionally well equipped for a long or short stay. Very comfortable bed, good modern shower and a beautiful view of city, sea and castle from the sunny roof terrace. Great location close to transport links, fresh food market and restaurants. It is in quite an elevated position and the house has steep stairs but it’s all very manageable if you are reasonably mobile. We stayed a whole month and loved it. Excellent communication with property owner and a very warm welcome.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in Alicantes Altstadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem individuellen und liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen in der Altstadt über den Dächern von Alicante. Besonders wohl haben wir uns wegen der vielen Bücher in den Regalen gefreut, die Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin und Vertreter vor Ort war komplikationslos, zeitnah und freundlich.

We loved our stay in Casitas Kunderbut. Mareen couldn't have been more helpful. The location was the best in the city, Just a short walk from all the best sights, and the house was lovely. Thanks for having us!

Huset var så skønt indrettet med alt hvad vi behøvede. Og trapperne var bare god motion 😁 Mareen er en uovertruffen vært. Som brugte tid på at vise os lidt rundt ikke mindst på detlokale marked. Vi elskede alt ved det hele og kommer gerne igen. Kan varmt anbefales

Pros: Elsker du Dubai, er Casita Kunterbunt måske ikke dit åndehul. Er du derimod til små snørklede gader,intens fornemmelse af noget autentisk, og har du intet imod at blive en del af byens langsomme puls, så har Casita Kunterbunt meget at byde på…. Casita er et typisk hus i allicantes gamle bydel: godt 4 etager med et lille grundareal, så vi vil nok nok kun anbefale til par, der ikke har noget imod at gå på trapper! Fra Casitaś tagterrasse, får du en helt unik udsigt over byen…helt ud til havet. Der er masser af indkøbsmuligheder tæt på ( huset ligger højt i bydelen, så det er en god idé at handle i forhold til temperaturen😊)Huset har et godt køkken, så du har rig mulighed for at lave din egen mad- Men Alicante har så mange gode spisesteder, så vi er næsten altid ude. Huset er småt og stort på én gang, og så kommer det på en eller anden måde ind under huden på én….så du bliver nok lidt betaget- det er Vi ihvertfald. Jeg har boet i Casita Kunterbunt, både i forbindelse mednoget arbejde og så adskillelige ferier og dethar været helt fantastisk. Det er et sted , vi kommer tilbage til igen og igen…….Tak for lån😎

Das Häusschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt, dass Mareen hier ganz viel Herzblut reingesteckt hat. Es ist alles komplett eingerichtet und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden :) Am besten gefiel uns der Ausblick aufs Meer gleich nach dem Aufstehen vom Schlafzimmer im dritten Stock aus! Die Lage ist optimal, es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand und zum Mercado und das gesamte Viertel ist einfach charmant und beinhaltet auch viele verschiedene Lokale und Restaurants! Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal bei Mareen in Alicante gebucht und freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes Mal in ihrer Casita! :)

Das Häusschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt, dass Mareen hier ganz viel Herzblut reingesteckt hat. Es ist alles komplett eingerichtet und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden :) Am besten gefiel uns der Ausblick aufs Meer gleich nach dem Aufstehen vom Schlafzimmer im dritten Stock aus! Pros: Mareen, die Gastgeberin ist wirklich mit Leib und Seele dabei. Das Haus liegt ganz toll in der Altstadt und alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist genial. Trotz Winter haben wir oft und lange dort sitzen können. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts! Mareen hat uns eine kulinarische Führung geschenkt und uns sehr liebevoll durch die Stadt geführt. Wir waren mehrere Stunden unterwegs. Danach war das Einkaufen in der Markthalle wie in der Heimat. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr gut betreut. Alles konnte immer schnell geklärt werden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt gerne weiter und wünschen Mareen und ihrer Familie alles Liebe.

Pros: Staying here was a chance to experience the real Alicante. Although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen had everything in it you could possibly need. The bedroom was air conditioned and the comfortable bed made for a good nights rest. The stairs were a little challenging for me but once we reached the terrace at the top the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed spending time here. There was a little fridge which turned out to be very useful. The location of the property is excellent and is close to many restaurants and shops. The market is particularly worth a visit. We found the route up to the house from Alfonso X El Sabio very steep but there is a better route back via steps going past a local restaurant where you can stop for a drink! Mareen was an excellent host. We were picked up and returned to the airport and she gave us an extremely interesting tour of Alicante. We very much enjoyed our time here and will probably return sometime in the future.

Pros: Een romantisch huis, met uitzicht over stad en zee! Fijn zandstrand met relaxte Spaanse bevolking! Erg leuke eetgelegenheden , zowel aan strand als onderweg naar boven! Al met al een superleuke vakantie en Mareen is een geweldige gastvrouw, zeer attent en zorgzaam!! 👌😃
