Decent location. Property a bit lacking.

Shower leaked but host was very responsive to us. Property a bit dated and dingy. Sleeping 5 people is a stretch.

Great base to see London

Checking was easy as was communicating with the owner. It was in a good location with a 7 minute walk to the tube and a lovely 25 min walk into Paddington via the canals and Little Venice. The property was clean and tidy and had everything needed for a short stay. We were concerned that the bars on the windows in the main bedroom weren’t lockable as it was a basement apartment but were able to improvise something so it could not be opened. But otherwise it was a great place to stay and so central.

Mediocre at best.

Wasn't worth the money we paid, sadly. At little bit of everything was broken inside. It was like a hodge podge of things thrown together. Won't stay there again.

Großzügiges Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Sonias großes Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Maida Vale. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr gut. Unsere Anliegen wurden umgehend gelöst. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Handtücher und Bettzeug sind ausreichend vorhanden. Leider sind die Möbel schon etwas abgewohnt. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts allerbestes Wetter hatten, waren wir ständig unterwegs und nutzten das Apartment tatsächlich nur zum Duschen und Schlafen.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité (10 min à pied) de la station de métro Maida Vale - manque 1 lave vaiselle et ustensiles de cuisine pour séjour à 5 personnes (notamment nous avions que 3 fourchettes, couteaux et autant de petites cuillères pour 5 personnes) - propreté à revoir surtout sous les lits d'appoint - Dommage !!!

logement agréable

La réception des clés s’est faite comme prévue. Le logement est agréable bien agencé rénové avec le nécessaire. Proche du métro bus. Le code wifi n’était pas le bon mais il est noté sur la box.

Great place

We had a great stay. We walked from paddington when we arrived because we didn’t know how to use the buses, but once we figured them out the busses were great. The apartment has two pullouts so we easily slept 5 (two of them are smaller kids). The kitchen and laundry were also very good. The shower drips onto the floor some, so we had to keep mopping it up. Very good location for a week touring London!

Appartamento con 1) camera matrimoniale con letto aggiuntivo (pouf) 2) camera singola con letto piazza e mezza 3) soggiorno con cucina, tavolo, TV e divano 4) bagno con vasca L’appartamento è in una zona tranquilla con fermate dei bus a 2 minuti e metro a 10 minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono piccoli market e ristoranti etnici. In mezz’ora si arriva ovunque. Notting Hill a piedi in 15 minuti

Première fois à Londres

Première fois à Londres pour ma famille et moi. De l appartement nous avons pu aller facilement dans tous les endroits stratégiques de Londres. Bus, métro accessibles, même à pied possibilité de faire pleins de choses. Quartier sympa avec de quoi faire les courses et petit café typique. Appartement plutôt spacieux, bien équipé. Nous nous attendions à quelque chose de mieux entretenu tout même au vu de l annonce, pas mal de choses cassées où qui mériteraient de la rénovation,(carrelage bancal, bouton des toilettes qui reste dans la main, joints de la SDB plus étanches, moisissures aux fenêtres...). Prix un peu élevé pour la qualité du bien. Mais l hôte est réactif, semble très gentil et super séjour tout de même chez lui.

Very nice stay in London

Sonia’s apartment is very confortable, suitable for a 4/5 members family. It is near London center, at a 15 mins walk from two underground station. Thanks very much Sonia!!

A very nice and clean appartment. A short walk to bus / metro. Quite area. Quick response from Sonia when writing to her. We felt very welcome at arrival with water in the fridge, flowers on the table. We were 4 grown ups, but only 3 OK beds were awailable ( the appartment is for 5 people). The last 2 beds are foldingbeds, with not too well mattresses. There is water runing down from the edge off the bathtube when bathing, which means a lot of water on the floor - and unfortunately there is no floor grate. It would be easier with a lager waste bin, so the waste is more “safe” in the street. Totally we are quite satisfied with our stay.

Lovely Flat

The posted pictures are a true representation of the flat. It was very clean and the host has been very helpful. Public transport (bus & train) are short walks away providing links to where you want to go. There are restaurants and shopping very close by. It was quiet in the flat and we felt safe when walking in the area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Schöne Souterrain-Wohnung. Gut gelegen für öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Klappbetten eher für Kinder, da die Schaumstoffmatratzen doch eher dünn sind. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
