Hi there! Thank you for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment’s location and found it so convenient for accessing everything Keswick has to offer. We're a little confused about your comment regarding having no interaction with the company, as most of our guests still book on the phone, and you don't have to complete any part of your booking online if you don't want to! We're always reachable via phone, email, or webschat. We hope to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back again next year. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
