We were biking from Porto to Santiago, and stayed in this property as our starting point. To begin with, the garden area was such a convenience to store our bikes safety. The place is in such a great location with many restaurants, grocery stores and of course beach within walking distance. It is really specious and stylish with gracious hostess. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again next time in Foz.

Een fijn appartement met veel privacy. Dicht bij zee en het centrum is met bus 500 makkelijk te bereiken. Mooi en netjes ingericht en alles is voorradig.

Location is terriffic

We loved the location. Off the beaten track a bit (10 minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes to the airport)), but close to things you need. We could walk to get dinner, groceries or bakery items and the beach. Lots of good quality restaurants within walking distance. Only spent time inside the flat to sleep because the terrace was so nice. Had 1 issue closing the door (I didn’t read the instructions properly) and the host was available to help us right away.

Stormy Arrival

We wanted to be walking distance to the lighthouse and water. A lot of relaxing and walking times. We arrived on a very stormy night which developed into a difficult time getting in 4 keyed areas pulling luggage and getting soaked. The living room ceiling was leaking onto the only rug so I Kept the corner rug lifted & a pan to collect water. I kept it that way and it never dried out. Very humid basement. Everything else was nice. I mentioned it to owner who lives upstairs and he said it sometimes happens when the rain hits it badly. Contemporary style designs were beautiful. Best Regards, Laura

Stay in Porto near the coast

Porto is a lovely city. The coast is beautiful with cozy neighborhoods. The apartment was new and modern, as a basement apartment it was a bit dark. It had a nice patio outside the kitchen area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung nahe am Strand

Die Vermieterin hat sich viel Mühe mit der Gestaltung der Wohnung gegeben. Es ist alles sehr neu. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 Personen. Essen oder einfach relaxen ist auf der Terrasse möglich. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Wer in die Stadt möchte muss mit Bus oder Uber fahren, da es doch etwas entfernt ist. In den 10 Tagen haben wir uns dort super erholt. Vielen Dank Magui :-)

Great location and modern

Beautiful place in a great area. An easy walk to the sea. Magui and her husband have taken great care in renovating this garden apartment. The outside area is so very pretty and quiet. I enjoyed having wine and cheese there. The beds are very comfortable. Might want to bring some soap for the shower tho.

An excellent rental. Modern and comfortable. Full kitchen privileges. Very comfortable beds and two full bathrooms. First class location for those who wish to visit Porto river front on foot.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft

Die Gastgeberin Magui war super nett, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und mit 2 Bädern ist das Appartement für 4 Personen perfekt. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Meer, wo es Cafés und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Innenstadt ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Bei 4 Personen lohnt es sich jedoch Uber zu nutzen. Was mit der App auch immer super funktioniert hat.
