Encarnacão Apartment is spacious apartment, airy and is ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a residential building and is 92 m2. Comprises two bedrooms, a living room with dining table, kitchen, laundry area, bathroom with shower, a small balcony and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction cooker, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, air conditioning in the living room, electric heaters, fans, WI-FI (500 Mbps), smart TV (4K, 50 inches) with international and children’s channels and Netflix, DVD and Blu-Ray player, laptop computer for guests and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

LOCATION
The apartment is in a quiet area near the main centres of attraction, where you can move on foot and explore the city.
It is 5 minutes’ walk from Town Hall Square and 10 to 15 minutes from the Old City Zone (historic centre) and Funchal Marina, where there are several restaurants, cafes and bars. On the ground floor of the building there is a small cafe with bakery and pastry shop where you can buy warm bread. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, greengrocers, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to various centres of attraction of the city of Funchal. The area is well served by public transport, with a stop at 3 minutes’ walk. By car, it has easy access to major roads of Funchal and to the highway.

REMARKS
We are available to provide support during your stay and recommend activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits.
From 24 June 2024, maintenance work will be carried out on a façade of the building using scaffolding that may temporarily occupy the balcony and cause noise during the day.
Parking is suitable for smaller cars (length up to 4 meters). Longer vehicles may be difficult to maneuver when parking.
If windows are open, there is noise from city traffic, mainly during the day. Windows are made with acoustic glass and traffic is low in the neighbourhood at night.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
