Welcome to our newly furnished one-bedroom apartment, located in a family house with a sunny, furnished terrace.
This cozy apartment is perfect for a couple, featuring a bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The private bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing 10-15 steps.
Guests can also enjoy the garden and terrace for relaxation.

The apartment is situated in Gruž, just 150 meters from Tommy supermarket. Within 100 meters, you'll find two restaurants and a café bar. A bus stop for routes #8 and #3 is only 50 meters away, offering frequent connections to Dubrovnik’s Old Town, which is also a 20-minute walk.
The ferry port and main bus station are a 15-20 minute walk, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is 1 km away, or about a 20-minute walk.






Gruž is a vibrant district in Dubrovnik known for its bustling port, making it the city’s main transportation hub is part of Dubrovnik situated around Gruž bay on the western side of the City. It is the entrance to Dubrovnik. The marina, main harbor, ferry terminal, and main bus station are located there. Because Gruž is situated just below Srđ Hill, in case of taking an apartment there, you need to be aware of lots of steps and uphill walking especially if you take your luggage with you.The most advantage of Gruž is in the vicinity of anything. Local busses that take every few minutes to Old City. Greenmarket, supermarkets, shops, banks, and the main post office are all situated here. Not to forget all transport links to other parts of Dubrovnik as well as to the Islands around Dubrovnik. It’s a great area for visitors looking to explore local life, as it hosts the city’s main market where fresh seafood, fruits, and vegetables are sold.

The location is pretty good, was able to walk right down to the ferry as I was going to split afterwards. Fairly close to most beaches and old town. Kitchen was lovely and great for cooking. There is a grocery store right down the road.The apartment was nice and clean and decorated very well. The washing machine is great if you are travelling for a long time like I was. There is a nice big closet with hangers you can hang your clothing to dry also. My only complaint would be the massive staircase leading up to the front door. This was horrible on moving days to drag luggage up and down. Even my cab driver was like good luck! I don’t think a family with children or anyone with disabilities would be able to stay here. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

Brilliant service!

Clean and cosy apartment in a quiet part of town. A nice place to relax after a day in very busy Old Town. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the lovely outdoors area with sunbeds as it rained when we visited, but there's also a sheltered area with table and chairs which was great for breakfast and dinner al fresco. There's a supermarket nearby which stocks basic supplies and a bakery (take away). When we initially made the booking we thought it was expensive for two nights, but we soon realised everything in Dubrovnik is rather pricey, so I think it is probably reasonably priced even for September. We really enjoyed our stay - I usually struggle with sleeping in unfamiliar beds but this was super comfortable.

Brilliant service!

It was a very new and clean apartment, well equipped, nice and quiet. The place is about 20mins walk to the old town and there’re buses available. The light of the AC seems can’t be turned off, so there’s a dim light on in the bedroom if the AC is on. Slavica is friendly and helpful, she helped booked my transfer to the airport, the car didn’t show up in time, but it’s not under her control.

Extraordinary journey!

Slavicas accommodation was super clean, the furniture was well-kept and the communication was super fast and helpful. We’re very satisfied with our stay and would come back anytime. The stairs up to the apartment were a bit of a pain with luggage, but we knew about this beforehand. Just something to keep in mind. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a construction site right in front, which is of course nothing anybody can do anything about. Since we got up early every day it was not a big issue for us. The only thing missing for us for a more long-term stay would have been a sharper knife, but I’m sure Slavica, being the accommodating host that she is, would have helped us out there if we asked her. All in all: great deal. Would love to come back.

Brilliant service!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It is one of three ground floor apartments that share front garden space with sun beds on the lawn near large olive tree, and newly planted vegetable garden, outside your room is table and chairs sheltered by above storey. Bed was super comfortable, all newly refurbished and fully functional new kitchen. Location is wonderful, just close enough, a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town, with local buses on the street below. Like everywhere in Dubrovnik be prepared for stairs, all streets have lots of steps, and getting up to this apartment is no different. Supermarket in the street below and larger one a couple of streets below, no parking on premises and if you have a car you will need to park away from the property. Communication and instructions with Slavenica were all great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this fabulous apartment.
