Why stay here instead of the city centre? You get a spacious, bright flat on the 8th and top floor (with elevator) in a quiet area with easy parking, and you’re still in Florence’s centre in just 16 minutes by tram. The tram stop is a few minutes’ walk away, the airport is only 6 minutes by tram, and Baker Hughes is a 10-minute walk. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, bars, great ice cream and pastry shops, wine tasting, gyms and city parks.
You walk into a big, sunny room with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine). From the kitchen you step out onto a little terrace, where the washing machine is at your disposal and, on a clear day, you can see the Duomo in the distance. The living room has a smart TV, two sofas (one turns into a 120 cm bed), an exercise bike and a punching bag to blow off some steam ;-) plus books in five languages, cards and board games for a fun evening in.
The bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and a roomy wardrobe. With air conditioning, a quiet ceiling fan, mosquito screens and roller shutters for total darkness, you’ll sleep like a baby. The bathroom has a window, a bidet and a shower. Fast fibre Wi-Fi means you can work remotely or stream a movie with no problems.
Pets are welcome: a little hidden door in the kitchen lets your furry friend go in and out of the terrace, where you can place their litter box. Children are welcome too, but please supervise them, as there are things within reach (cutlery, knives, detergents) and the terrace is on the 8th floor. No smoking inside, but the terrace is a perfect spot for it. For your safety, the front door is a security door with a digital peephole and the doorbells are disabled. Interior doors have no keys (not even the bathroom).
I speak Slovenian, English and German. If you have questions before booking, write to me: I look forward to welcoming you!
