Great location with a short walk to the boardwalk: and the property was very clean. The condo felt very comfortable and having thr balcony was great. We will stay here again if we visit Ocean City.

Great place. Nice sized bedroom and living room. Parking spot is under some stairs so a huge SUV might have trouble using it. My Murano fit ok but was tight. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beach and boards break

Property as advertised and rated by guests. Clean, great size and layout, fantastic breezes, and one block to beach. Meeting Larry was a pleasure and plus. Fantastic stay.

Awesome!!

We had a great short stay at Larry’s place. It is so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Place was clean, quite, and just the right size for me and my nephew. Will be back!

Condo was perfect for our stay. Balcony faced the Ocean, which provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze, even though you can’t see the ocean. Great location within just blocks of all Ovean City has to offer.

Family memories made

My family (me my husband my 8 year and my 5 year old) just stayed at the Legacy and we had an amazing time! The condo is clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Larry was an absolute dream to rent from! He was there upon arrival and always just a text away if we needed ANYTHING! Only a very short walk and you’re right on the boardwalk! So many fun things to do that kept my kiddos entertained all week! Mini golf, water park, rides, the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants! The pool was an additional added bonus! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Definitely recommend this rental and look forward to my next visit!!

Condo was clean and well organized. Kids loved the pool and close location to beach and boardwalk. End unit provided more privacy and great balcony views. We’ll be back!

Nice deck to sit out on.Bed was very comfortable.Place was neat & clean,Place was modern & well kept.All kitchen appliances and amenities were there as listed.Owner was very polite and professional and responded promptly to all messages and emails.Close walk to the boardwalk.Would definitely stay here again.

Has it all!

We loved the property and our stay so much. It was our first time taking our son to the shore and there was so much space for him in the condo. Separate Rooms for my wife and I, to sleep separate from our child was great. They even had YouTube and Netflix setup already to occupy the baby! The Beach and Boardwalk are right at the property, you can walk minutes to local food spots and it even has elevators! The condo was very clean and welcoming. Bonus, the balcony and view is the cherry on top!

Larry's Legacy

The property was as advertised. There was a problem with a counter top not being properly supported which was conveyed to the owner. Other than the weather - which was terrible - the place was great for four persons in its size, location and proximity to the beach. The owner was very attentive to we as renters. Would rent from him again.

So Relaxing! So Lovely!

Awesome! This property was exactly as advertised. It was bright, airy and tastefully decorated. I came in from New York and was immediately able to relax. The bed and chairs in the livingroom were so comfortable and the condo itself was very clean (which was reassuring and appreciated, especially in this time of Covid) and anything you might need was there. I especially loved the deck. It was huge and since it’s a corner unit, you don’t have neighbors on one side and have an unobstructed view of the Ferris wheel, along with a continuous cool breeze. I was able to use the pool and everything was spaced out and in accordance with Covid restrictions. Also, it was very peaceful at night and in the mornings. Larry, the owner, went above and beyond and was a joy to communicate with! I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Larry! 😊

Great beach getaway

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband and my 18 month old. The location was great, just a short walk from the boardwalk and the beach but also just far enough so it was not noisy at night. The condo was clean and inviting, and the kitchenette was the perfect addition to make travel with a baby easier. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and at the pool as well. Larry was very accommodating and kind. We look forward to staying here again!
