This lovely, stylish holiday apartment is located in a modern and recently built complex in the centre of the family resort of Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. It is a spacious and fully air-conditioned apartment offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower), providing very comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. Being located in the centre of the town, right next to the new town hall, it is very close to some restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Within the apartment, you’ll find an en-suite master bedroom with a comfortable super king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is bright and open, which is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need for your holiday in Estepona. The tastefully decorated lounge has a Smart TV offering international channels such as British/German etc and a fibre optic high speed internet connection. The balcony, accessed via the lounge, faces north-east and has charming views over the town and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. The holiday apartment includes a private parking space in the underground garage, which has access directly to the floor of the apartment. Within the urbanisation you’ll find an amazing rooftop infinity swimming pool with sun loungers and lovely sea views across the town towards the Mediterranean. Additionally, you’ll also have access to the building´s modern gym facilities, including a sauna, social area. Altogether, a perfect modern, well-appointed and located, holiday apartment in the heart of Estepona which ticks all the boxes!
