Renovated apartment on the beachfront, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer and capacity for 4 people.

Cozy and modern accommodation of 55 m², located on the beachfront, with sea views.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 1 television (Smart TV), iron, community+children's pool, tennis court (equipment not included). ) and garden.

The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- No smoking.

Good value for money and excellent location.

Excellent location, well Maintained and clean communal areas. Well Maintained lifts and hallways, lovely fresh smell. Apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances. Fresh clean linen and towels. The window in the main room Didn’t lock and it had no barrier for safety, we had to watch our 4 year old at all times (21st floor) Only two pillows on the beds needed more, as they were quite flat.

Lovely apartment in central location

Immaculately clean, great facilities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle. View was amazing, beds were comfortable, WIFI was great No balcony however the view from the window was great.

Excellent location, good for New Town and Old Town. The keys had to be collected from a reception desk located about 1.3km from the apartments. This was not explained anywhere on the booking website. The host asked for the keys to be returned to the same office on departure - this was stupid as our departure was at 7am, when the reception would not be open - so it was agreed that the keys could be left in the room. This was not a simple task, as the keys were needed to get out of the apartment block, so one stood at the open gate at the bottom, whilst the other went back to the 21st floor to leave the keys No balcony on the 21st floor, and windows more akin to a dungeon than a holiday apartment.

Overall I would recommend this place

The location is fab - the security of the building and flat is very good - the cleanliness in the whole building is great - easy to collect and return keys - deposit paid back quickly - Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine all good The hairdryer didn’t work, there was an arm missing off the sofa, the air on only seemed to work in one bedroom although there were 3 thermostats. Windows a tad drafty and handles broke on some. The blind was broke too. I reported all these issues during the stay but got no cons back. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as they were minor issues just unfortunate. I hate noise and yes you can hear distance noise of the surrounding area but popped the ear plugs in and all was ok.

La ubicación, la atención en el edificio del personal y las instalaciones. Que no tuvieran presionas las ventanas! Porque al ir con niños se desvelan súper temprano ya que a las 7.00 de la mañana hay luz! Además las ventanas no son muy herméticas!! Hemos ido con viento y al ser un 21 el aire soplaba muy fuerte y se oía demasiado el aire!

Apartamento muy cómodo salvo porque no tiene persianas

Está en primera linea de playa, cerca del pueblo. El cuarto de baño y el salón muy grande. También las habitaciones . Electrodomésticos de lujo. No tiene persianas, y a las 7 de la mañana entra mucha luz. Entiendo que los extranjeros estén acostumbrados, pero nosotros no. Creo que es imprescindible poner persianas o unas cortinas oscuras. A mí me ha faltado una cafetera italiana, pero he utilizado la que había que era Nespresso. Esto último no es fundamental pero si las persianas.
