Villa San Marcial is an inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in the popular resort of Matagorda. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The villa has a gated pool, which is perfect for families with children! Bright and airy interiors give that homely feel and the private swimming pool is great for everyone to enjoy. What's not to love? Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms, WiFi and heated pool are included.
The delightful beach of Playa Guacimeta in Matagorda is no more than 10 minutes away on foot, with a choice of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants also within a short walk. Alternatively, for those who do decide to hire a car, the neighbouring resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero, with its stylish marina are both easily accessible. With villas Breezes and Mirador Brisas along the same street, is the ideal choice for small or large groups alike!
