A modern fully restored Venetian Apartment.
This unit, located on the first floor, has an original Venetian terrace with a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Italian espresso machine.
From the terrace, overlooking the canal, you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet.
The apartment has air conditioning in every room and fast fiber wifi.
Washing machine and dryer are available, shared with the ground floor apartment.

Home away from home!

What an amazing property. Isabella is the most amazing host. From help standing a water taxi from the parking garage (we drove from Rome) to meeting us at the water taxi stand and arranging a lovely and delicious dinner at her restaurant, everything was perfect. The apartment is even better in person, beautify appointed, incredible views nestled into a private quiet street. She provided everything we needed and then some, down to a great espresso machine and robes. You will not be disappointed.

Gracious Living in Venice

Our family recently had the pleasure to stay these apartments and loved the location. Isabella is a gracious host and welcomed our group warmly, making our arrival a total pleasure. The apartments are beautiful, clean and well appointed. The location is wonderful....tucked away off the main thoroughfare but easily accessible to St. Mark's Square. A nearby food market was very useful for breakfast treats, snacks and of course, wine! Near to the apartment is Isabella's restaurant and would highly recommend it for both the food and wonderful service. They offer a wide selection of Venetian specialties as well as other regional cuisines. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend these accommodations!

Magnificent Property, 5 star hospitality, Perfection... truly!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves during our much too brief stay here. The owners had a water taxi pick us up at the train station, delivered us to this sparkling gem... Where we had breakfast fixings awaiting our arrival. The washer/dryer were a Godsend after spending 4 days in Smoky Paris. The property is sparkling clean, located on the most charming of canals, quiet but with just enough traffic to stand out on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you again! I would give this 5 stars, hands down. :)

Relaxing Stay in Venice!

From the moment our group of 4 adults arrived in Venice at this beautiful rental we were in for a real treat! Isabella is such a gracious and delightful hostess who made our stay at this rental more than we could have hoped for. She arranged for a water taxi for us to get to her rental and back to the train station, which we wouldn't have done any other way. She ensured we were well looked after with plenty of delicious coffee, internet access and great information on the area. It was comforting to know that she was only a minute away at their restaurant if we needed help. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures show and has been recently renovated. It has a beautiful view of the canal from each floor and is very comfortable. Is was exceptionally clean and had everything we could ever need. The bottle of prosecco wine was amazingly delicious and appreciated, as well as the washer and dryer (water extractor type) in the apartment as we made good use of them. It was such a nice touch to have a soft, comfy robe which we enjoyed wearing during our morning coffee, which came complete with a gerbera flower decoration on each. We appreciated all these little touches, the lovely canal view, the well stocked kitchens and beautiful bathrooms as well as the proximity to San Marco Square and walking distance to shopping and the grand canal so we could watch Americas Cup. Our one regret was that we didn't have enough time during our 2 night stay to eat at your restaurant. We will certainly do that the next time we are there! Don't look at any other rental after you find this one. Your search is now over! Thank you for everything! I feel we came to your apartment to meet a new friend too! Ciao Isabella!

Beautiful apartments!

My husband and I have stayed in these apartments twice, once last winter for 6 weeks and again this spring for 5 weeks. The renovation is magnificent--all new appliances and fixtures, beautiful lighting, elegantly sleek--a wonderful mix of old and new. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the Furlani canal. This spring, our 17- and 19-year-old granddaughters came to stay with us over spring break. We gave them the ground floor apartment and stayed in the upstairs ourselves. It was perfect! They (and we) had privacy, and there is plenty of space for 4. They thought sleeping next to the canal was magical. The owners are very helpful, and their restaurant, Oliva Nera, is one of the best in the city. You can't go wrong with this rental!
