Amazing clean prime location property

Location was perfect, everything was amazing!! Property was nice and clean and everything you could need! For the price paid it was well worth it me and my friends would stay again Pool wasnt in season we were unaware before we booked, however still would recommend the pool opens in june, the lift is really outdated and a little bit scary

A weekend in Benidorm

The location was good. The beds were comfy. The shower was great. The fact that we were visited by a cockroach - and there was no spray to kill it 😳. No parking space available either on siteon the street, which is now metered.

Lovely clean apartment

Lovely clean apartment One English program on TV, yes I know before you all start not here to watch telly, But sometimes at our age a film and vino is nice on an evening!
Dear Claire, thank you for your comments. We perfectly understand that sometimes, it is nice to relax in the sofa and watch a movie! But, unfortunately, this depends on the services that the owner of the property has subscribed with the TV provider. We are sorry about that. Apart that, we really hope that the overall balance of your holidays is positive! Kind regards.

Very nice stay

Excellent location of the apartment as it was very quiet and with a beautiful view. Good contact with the agency. In general the place was quite clean. It had everything what we needed. It would be more convenient if the agency supplied tea, coffie, washing up liquid, soap and other basic things like that. Also the sofa (inside) was full of someone else's hair.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for your review and for highlighting the excellent location of the apartment, its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, and good communication with our agency. We’re happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay and found the apartment well-equipped and generally clean. We’d like to remind you that, as a tourist accommodation, we do not provide consumables such as coffee, tea, detergents, as guests manage their own supplies. However, we appreciate your suggestion. Regarding the sofa, we sincerely regret this oversight, as we maintain very high cleaning standards. Had you informed us, our team, available 24/7, would have been happy to resolve it immediately. We hope to welcome you back in the future. If you need any assistance with your next booking, feel free to reach out to us. Kind regards,

No complaints

Room is a good size and a separate bedroom with sound proof door/blackout shutter is a real bonus. Large swimming pool is the sun all day and is nice and quiet. Shower is great and air con keeps the whole apartment at the perfect temperature. Because its a residential building there are no sunbeds so I brought a lilo on the first day and that was fine.

Hi Wilson! Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the size of the flat, the bedroom with soundproof door and blackout blind, as well as the pool and the comfort of the air conditioning. Regarding the sunbeds, we understand that this can be an inconvenience in a residential building, but we are glad you found a solution with the lilo. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to see you again. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
