Welcome to Ottaviano, an exquisite 2-bedroom apartment located in the charming Ciudad Jardín. Most known for Berlin Park, this neighborhood has a bit of everything to explore during a stay in Madrid. With 101 square meters of modern living space, Ottaviano offers a refreshing beach design theme, bringing the calming vibes of the seaside to your urban retreat.

As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by the open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a seamless flow between the spaces. The living room boasts an entertainment system, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Large glass windows fill the room with natural light and provide a picturesque view of the surroundings. Fix up a meal in the fully furnished kitchen and enjoy it at the large dining table. During your stay, you'll appreciate the cooling floor, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment, especially during the warmer months.

The two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with queen size beds, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The master bedroom is a serene oasis, featuring large windows that bring in the outdoors and create a tranquil atmosphere. It also includes an ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Additionally, this bedroom is equipped with a dedicated workstation, ideal for those who need to work or study from home. The second bedroom is decorated in beach decor with its subtle stripes and ocean hues. The second detached bathroom is elegantly designed and equipped with modern fixtures.

Ottaviano offers a range of exclusive amenities, including a shared pool and gym. Take a refreshing swim in the pool or enjoy a workout session to start your day on a positive note. The building also features a doorman, ensuring your safety and providing a warm welcome each time you return. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
