On the main level there is a large living area with dining table, sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs is the bedroom, with an additional mezzanine, a wardrobe corner and a full bathroom with shower. To welcome you will find a courtesy kit (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) for the first needs.

Good to know: The apartment is located on the second floor and the building has no elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Check-in by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, regulated by Italian law, which provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°. The apartment is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): if you arrive by car, write to us first and we will tell you where to park.
