Great location! Just minutes walk from Rialto Bridge. Check in was well explained. The apartment was clean and decently spacious for 4 people. A big plus especially in those older building is that there is an elevator which was very helpful with our luggage. Walking distance from Rialto bridge is easy and close (about 8-10 mins) with plenty of restaurants and shops around the area. Only negative is that we got woken up by garbage collectors which are pretty loud and took a good while before they stopped. Not sure but seems that the collection for the whole building is done close to the apartment so you hear it on garbage collection day. Communication from host was a bit slow at times but friendly hosts. I’d recommend having extra toilet tissues in a closet in case it is needed. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper while we were there and for 4 people staying 2 days I’d definitely recommend having a couple more rolls in case it’s necessary. Also the other couple that stayed with us mentioned they needed an extra sleeping pillow as they found their pillows to be a little bit on the thin side. Mine were fine for me so I’d also recommend having an extra set in a closet in case guests prefer more cushioning. Overall I will say the place and location were great and would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Venice

Super goede locatie om Venetië te ontdekken. Ruim appartement waar de gondels onder het balkon voorbij gaan. Doordat je midden in het centrum zit kun je ‘s ochtends vroeg de stad ontdekken en je overdag als het erg warm wordt even terugtrekken bij de airco.

Arrivee autonome tres facile.Appartement au 2eme etage avec ascenseur...assez rare a Venise pour etre signalé. Excellente trattoria presque en face au du petit canal.Lits confotables.Tout est propre.
