Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large, comfortable sofa, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer and ironing facilities for your laundry needs.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, London Bridge, is just an 8-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
