Elegant and bright 1st floor apartment in a XIX century building completely renovated in 2012 by the owners.

Ideal for a stay of two, has bedroom with double bed and bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender. The apartment also has a TV, heater, hairdryer, iron, books, games and tourist information about the city.

There is a welcoming surprise gift guaranteed by the hosts.

The apartment is located next to one of Europe's most beautiful avenues, Avenida da Liberdade. The Avenida subway station and several bus stops are located within five minutes walk of this apartment and ten minutes is the Rossio train station.

Lisbon enjoys a mild climate even in winter is ideal for touring the city on foot and enjoy what it has to offer. Nearby are the shops internationally renowned Avenue, traditional shops, kiosks, terraced street, typical restaurants, nightlife, theaters, cinema, supermarkets, hospitals, located in front of the entrance to the Torel garden with a stunning view over Botanical garden and Bairro Alto.

Just what we needed

This apartment was simple, centrally located, and comfortable - nothing fancy, but just what we needed while visiting Lisbon!

nice little flat in great location

the location is great, nice part of town, a few mins walk to the metro station Avenida, and 10-15mins from Rossio Square. The flat is compact but has everything you need for 2 people for a few days or a week in Lisbon. Yes, it's a tight steep flight of stairs to the 1st floor, but don't come to Lisbon if you don't like walking hills!.Great communication from the owner, friendly and always prompt in responding.

Great Location, Phenomenal Service/Communication, but Property Needs some Work

We had a wonderful stay. Bruno, the property manager, is the most wonderful, kind and helpful man and was very responsive, offered great recommendations and was very understanding & accommodating of our late arrival. The apt is centrally located and you couldn't ask for a better location. Offers a detailed book with lots of info about Lisbon which was very appreciated!The apt itself needs a little TLC - it has 2 apartments below & 2 above, the walls/floors are thin and you can definitely hear all movement. The stairs are extremely steep to climb up to get to the apartment & oddly tall stairs with low ceilings so that was a bit alarming initially. The apartment is VERY tiny. The kitchen is tiny but served its purpose. The shag rug needs to go as it can't be cleaned properly & negatively affects the aesthetic. Shower had mould growing on the wall & due to its small size, water went everywhere when used. The bed is very hard-both my husband & I were very sore & not well rested after sleeping in it. Bruno said there are plans to get a new bed this year so hopefully that happens. It is also very hot (there are 2 stand alone fans but no A/C) which made sleep uncomfortable as well.They were wonderful regarding having a baby and provided a playpen, highchair & baby bath!Overall a great little spot but definitely needs some TLC, refreshing & maintenance. Would we stay here again? Because of Bruno - absolutely! Loved the location & service.

Points positifs : bon emplacement (proche du métro et coeur de ville facilement accessible à pieds), bons échanges avec notre interlocuteur (très réactif sur whatsapp et arrangeant sur l'horaire de réception du logement), bonne isolation phonique, équipements conformes à la description Points à améliorer : le ménage est fait au minimum malgré le passage d'une société extérieure, quelques équipements cassés (tabouret et machine à café) mais pouvant être remplacés rapidement VIGILANCE : pas de courants d'air possibles dans l'appartement qui monte vite en température et peine à redescendre. Très chaud la nuit, heureusement qu'il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce.
