Kendall is the best. She made sure we had everything we needed. However, I would say you may want to get bicycles with a condo because that seems what everybody does around here. And that would be a bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Communication was excellent with the owner. Lots of updates have been done to this unit as we have stayed in others that weren’t as updated. Probably could use a new sleeper sofa.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had what we needed in the kitchen. It was near the elevator for easy access but far enough from the elevator to not cause disturbance. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to Coligny area from the beach.

Convenient condo with easy access to beach and Coligny shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car! Smaller place, as advertised, but perfect for a couple. On the top floor with no noise from neighboring units. With a reasonable price, I’d recommend!

Location really is everything. Our unit was on the third (top) floor of the building with the balcony overlooking the parking lot, and a wonderful view of the ocean from there. It's a small unit which was perfect for two people or a family with small children. Everything we needed to fix a meal was easy to locate in the kitchen. The building itself is worn. But the unit was nicely decorated and fresh. Close proximity to the beach and the pool, and being gated felt safe. You can't control the weather, and it was extremely hot. This made it a little challenging to enjoy the beach. The warm waters also brought more jellyfish, and I got stung by one when wading out too far. Rubbing wet sand on it followed by a warm shower calmed the burn. In the end, Hilton Head Island is still my favorite beach. If we come back again, we'll consider this property as our top choice.
