Spacious one-bedroom apartment with great sea views in the Mediterranean Building on the beachfront, located in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by all the services that the city offers, so a car is not necessary.

This magnificent west-facing studio has a large L-shaped terrace with enviable views of the sea, Gibraltar and you can see North Africa on clear days.

The apartment consists of access to the eighth floor via elevator or stairs (four elevators available). Entering the house we have the living room with dining area, sofa, Smart TV, small kitchen with everything necessary for cooking, and access to the wonderful L-shaped furnished terrace, with incredible views of the sea, the marina and Avenida del Mar with beautiful statues of Salvador Dalí. Bedroom with two single beds of 105cm each and a large closet to accommodate your belongings. Bathroom with shower.

🌐 Own Wifi throughout the apartment, ideal for working remotely.

🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.

Excellent views, great restaurants and shops nearby. Management responded quickly to requests for tv update, new toaster, bulb replacement in bathroom.The flat is very BASIC!Do not expect tea towels , place mats, bath mat.Kitchenette is very tiny but cooking not necessary as there are so many great restaurants nearby!! Place very clean and bright.

that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a VRBO. The building was under construction. The lobby was full of equipment and bags of concrete power tools were running early in the morning drilling and hammering waking me up. The shower doors were broken. The shower had mold and rust. The reclining chairs were broken. TV needs to be updated. I am going to request a refund.

Estimado Julio, Nos ponemos en contacto con usted en relación con la reserva ORB15909023 en nuestra propiedad Edf Mediterráneo 8º-1, para presentar nuestra posición oficial frente a su reclamación. 1.⁠ ⁠Obras en zonas comunes: Las labores de mantenimiento en el vestíbulo y áreas comunes son gestionadas por la Comunidad de Propietarios del edificio, constituyendo un factor externo ajeno al control operativo de esta agencia. Según los Términos de Servicio de Vrbo, los anfitriones no son responsables de molestias causadas por obras en infraestructuras públicas o áreas comunes del edificio sobre las cuales no poseen autoridad directa. 2.⁠ ⁠Mantenimiento y estado del inmueble: Usted nos alega deficiencias en la ducha y el mobiliario. Sin embargo, una vez preguntado exhaustivamente a todo mi equipo, no hemos recibimos ninguna notificación ni comunicación por su parte durante su estancia que nos permitiera verificar dichas incidencias o proceder a su subsanación inmediata. De acuerdo con la Garantía 'Reserve con Confianza' de Vrbo, el huésped tiene la obligación de informar sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde su descubrimiento para dar al anfitrión la oportunidad de remediarlo. Al no haber reportado nada durante la estancia, ha impedido nuestro derecho a la subsanación. 3.⁠ ⁠Equipamiento (TV): El inmueble cuenta con los servicios y equipamiento descritos fielmente en el anuncio. La percepción de que un televisor requiere una 'actualización' es un criterio subjetivo que no constituye un incumplimiento contractual, dado que el aparato se encuentra en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Esta agencia opera bajo el estricto cumplimiento de la normativa local de alojamientos turísticos, incluyendo el registro de viajeros, seguros de responsabilidad civil y obligaciones fiscales. Dado que no se nos otorgó la oportunidad de intervenir durante la estancia y que los problemas de ruido son externos, rechazamos formalmente cualquier solicitud de reembolso. Solicitamos que este caso se cierre a favor de la agencia para proteger nuestra reputación y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la plataforma.
