Tolentini Terrace, an elegant apartment with a furnished terrace in Sestiere Dorsoduro in Venice.



Magnificent and cozy apartment on the second floor of a building in the historic center. The accommodation includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for cooking, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. In the same space, there is a dining table, a relaxation area, and a living room with a double sofa bed. From here, you can access the highlights of the house: a terrace with a view of the neighborhood, a relaxation area, sun umbrella, and an outdoor dining table. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Our guests will have access to additional amenities such as free WiFi, a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, and a TV.



Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Wonderful Stay in Venice

The property was very nice with two large decks. Great location for us, not too busy and we were able to walk to and from the train station which made it very convenient.

The location was great. We werent too far fromTrain station- and not in the thick of all the action which is our preference. Good food options and experiences at the tips of our fingers. St Marks Square is easy to walk to especially if you are open to explore the city from one end to another. :) There is only one shower- a bit awkward. The sofa bed is not comfortable. One night max. Our friend ended up closing it up and sleeping on it in couch form and that was better. They only provide one set of keys and while there is a lock box you must run the keys back down if part of your group is out. Adding a second set of keys would take my rating from 3 stars to 4.

Nice place

Very beautiful apartment well located, close to the train station and many restaurants. You can view the canal from the terrace which is actually just in front of the apartment building. Many kitchen items are missing though, for instance there was only 1 wine glass.

Nice Stay, Family of 5

Our family of five had a nice stay at this property. Short walk from the train station where we arrived, and well located to explore the main sites of Venice on foot. If steps pose a challenge, a water taxi is another option. The property was clean and as advertised, with good communication from the property manager. Tip: If you don't already use WhatsApp, install on your phone and get familiar with before traveling to Europe, as this is how most communications took place with property managers as well as tour guides.

Wonderful respite in Venice

Lovely place for 3-5 people. Easy walk from the parking deck and to rest of Venice. A/C takes a while to cool the apt.

Impressive apartment

First time booking a apartment in Europe from the United States. Spent my 60th birthday in Venice and extremely pleased with our accommodations. It was exactly exactly as the pictures and the description shown. I would definitely stay there again next time. Only wish we would’ve had more time there.

Perfectly equipped and located

Was super close to bus station and ACTV. Quietly located, perfectly equipped with all the normal necessities. Close to many fantastic restaurants and super close to several supermarkets and pharmacies which for us is always a necessity. Not sure we could’ve found a better location. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Property and Perfect Location

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect! Everyone was so helpful, Wonderful providing us transportation information, and answering any questions we had. Perfect place in Venice

Such an incredible slat to stay in! Perfect for a traveling from. Would highly recommend it since there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. It was very easy to reach. The only downside was, we did not realize the hot water was off when we arrived. This was easily fixed by turning the switch.

Lovely Stay in Venice

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and well located. Communicating with the property manager was excellent. Very easy to access from our taxi from the airport and the train station. We had a problem with water pressure in the bath tub bathroom that was never resolved, so all 4 adults had to use the same shower. Other than that, we Loved the apartment and had a great stay!

Location

This location is great and only a 4 min walk from Piazzale Roma so you don't have to haul your bags too far. The apartment is spacious and the AC is great. The walk to Rialto and San Marco was very doable and well worth being closer to Piazzale Roma. We utilized the storage lockers near the apartment as well. I would definitely book again.

Great location. Lots of room. No problems. Would be beneficial to future renters to provide instructions on Venice door locks and shower controls. Communication with management company was efficient. They helped us get a taxi, seamless!

Beautiful apartment

Easy to communicate. The management company was quite clear with instructions on how to find it (important for the first day or two, until you figure out the city plan. We loved the 2 decks (although didn’t use them much because of the heat). But they would be a great attraction in cooler weather.

Quiet Location

We had a nice stay at the property. The flat was nice, quiet, and private. It would have been nice to have some coffee provided, but there were cafes close by. Our biggest complaint would be the water pressure in the bath. We were sharing the flat with another couple and they had the end with the bath with the shower. The other bathroom had a tub with a hose attachment that trickled water. It was disappointing since we did like everything else about the property, Adding some coffee just would have been nice and welcoming not a big deal.

Very large apartment in great location!!

Great location in quieter neighborhood but close to everything you need. We used vaporetto and walked to local square for delicious restaurants and bakery. Very large bedrooms and open living space for our family to enjoy. Weather didn’t permit us to use the terraces but these would have been lovely. Would suggest that the sofa bed would be adequate sleeping space for 1 adult or small children. Our older kids were not able to use together - to consider if booking a place hoping to sleep 6 adults. Perhaps other would be fine with this small space but it didn’t work for our family! Beds in bedrooms were very comfortable! Overall we really enjoyed this apartment and the location very much! Would recommend to others!

Upscale Charming Apartment in Heart of Venice Neighborhoods

You can see a great deal of money was invested to make this apartment charming, comfortable and spacious for your stay! The location is nestled nicely between the bus station, restaurants, shopping, old neighborhoods and new! One of the terraces overlooks the canal, an extremely convenient location to pick up a water taxi that takes you and your luggage directly to the airport! Best of all, it was all arranged by Sabrina, the VRBO contact! Two large bedrooms with tvs, and each with its own terrace-perfect to do yoga in the morning! With two couples, we appreciated the two full bathrooms and spacious living area! My husband stated it had everything you needed, even a washing machine! We loved listening to music through the built in speakers! Back to the States we go! Hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Good but could be so much better

Spacious large apartment but a couple iof little improvements could elevate it: 1-No welcome pack on arrival;milk, water, salt, pepper,oil. 2-No dish towels 3-Second bathroom doesn't have a shower holder or curtain so all people in apartment must use same bathroom for a shower.
