The apartment has 3 spacious and cosy bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony with beautiful views of the Condal City. Everything you need to relax and feel at home. And on the other side of the door, you will find the iconic Rambla of Barcelona, with an endless number of things to discover just a few steps away.



The apartment has 2 full bathrooms. Washer-dryer in addition to Wi-Fi internet connection. It comes provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.



The building has a common area on the roof, with chairs and tables, where you can relax after a long day.

The Raval neighbourhood, in the old town of Barcelona, has become the colourful refuge of the alternative and bohemian scene of the city. There are countless unique shops and a selection of the most trendy bars and restaurants in Barcelona. An incredible modern art scene finishes giving the neighbourhood a unique personality and atmosphere. The MACBA and CCCB museums, and many art galleries have been installed in Raval. At one end of La Rambla you will find Plaza Cataluña and at the other, the Mediterranean. Ola Living Boqueria immerses you fully in the unique atmosphere of Barcelona.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 6.88€ per adult (over 16 years old) and night up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.
