Situated on the 5th floor of an exclusive building with only one apartment per floor, this bright and spacious home ensures privacy and peace. It features large bedrooms and a cozy living room filled with natural light. From the private terrace, you can take in the breathtaking sea views, enjoy outdoor dining, or simply relax in a serene atmosphere.

The outdoor pool, open from May to October, is surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers, creating a true oasis of relaxation. Additionally, the apartment includes a private parking space for added convenience.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Fantastic

Super service from Property Manager. The flat was so nice, clean, comfortable, lovely terass with nice furniture and a wonderful view. The pool area was also nice. The flat close to the beach and nice restaurants. Very pleased with the stay and like to come back.

Incredible location, underwhelming unit.

I'll start with the positives: LOCATION—you're about 100 meters from the beach, shops, cafes, bars, and more. If convenience is your #1 priority, this property is impossible to beat. Another perk?—You can't hear the neighbors at all and you have the whole floor so its private. The building itself is old, but fine. There's a great pool and ping pong table for those who prefer to hang out on the property versus going down to the beach. There's one elevator...it's pretty small...and for the first few days our stay it was out of order, which wasn't a huge deal, but it's inconvenient when you're coming in from town with groceries or bringing in your luggage (the unit is on the 5th floor). As for the unit itself, the view of the harbor from the terrace is incredible, but there are certainly some shortcomings. For the first couple days of our stay, we didn't have hot water in the showers. The property manager sent out a technician when we raised the issue, and the hot water did start running to the showers...but it would only stay hot for about 90 seconds which was disappointing. The kitchen sink had an electrical charge so we got zapped every time we used it—upon contacting the property manger (and talking to the technician that visited the unit) the only proposed solution was to unplug the water purifier and unplug the dishwasher, rendering both useless for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue...there was clearly a live wire somewhere touching the sink, but we couldn't find it. So, as a result, we received an electrical shock every time we needed to do dishes, wash our hands, etc....which was a lot given our stay was 8 days. There's a fairly strong smell of sewage (pretty sure it comes from outside somewhere, not the unit itself) but if you leave the windows open overnight, the unit smells in the morning...especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds/mattresses aren't the worst I've slept on...but they're not great. Pretty cheap. I'm not complaining because I could sleep on a bench and be fine, but I could see a lighter sleeper being bothered by them, so it's worth calling out. All in all, it felt like we overpaid for the unit, even considering the great location...there were too many little things wrong (like the kitchen sink) to make up for being so close to the beach and promenade. Final note: the property managers are very kind and they do try to be helpful...but the unit is out of date.

Peaceful but convenient

Lovely setting - on the 5th floor of an older development which has mature gardens and is set back from the road. We enjoyed the big balcony, which is not overlooked as you have the whole 5th floor of the building - views down towards the sea, and back towards the mountains are great. This is clearly the owner’s holiday flat, the kitchen is very welcome equipped, there is a laundry room on the rear balcony and lots of seating: the kitchen itself is a bit old-fashioned but clean and functional - the only real downsides from our family’s point of view was the lack of WiFi (at the time of writing). The property managers are also very responsive and reacted quickly which we had a problem with an electrical appliance..

Excellent place for enjoying the beach and promenade of port de seller. Great view from the spacious terrace. Lovely place where we would love to return to. Very nice host and good service and communication. Thanks a lot.
