Bright apartment located in the heart of Venice's historic centre, a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the most exclusive area of the city. The residence offers a spacious second-floor apartment, consisting of a kitchen with dining area, two triple rooms, one double room and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). From the property, you can enjoy a splendid view of the canal. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is an elegant independent loft, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed and a bathroom with shower. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The Surian Apartment in Venice was perfect for our family of five. We rented the 3 bedroom plus the one bedroom apartment upstairs, which we didn't end up using because we had plenty of space in the three bedroom. The location is perfect, just 6 minute walk away from the San Marco Giardinetti Alilaguna stop and San Marco square, where Doge's Palace and St. Mark's basilica is located. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, so very convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed -- kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, washing machine, etc. The canal location was lovely, but it was a bit noisy in 2 of the bedrooms with motor boats passing by. There are also some birds who like to fly into the roof area of the apartment and made some interesting noises. We actually found it amusing and it didn't bother us at all. The AC in all the rooms worked VERY well and one of the rooms also had a fan in it, so don't worry about the AC. Emilie was very nice and was flexible with our times, staying in contact with us when our flight arrived later than expected. We had one issue where we thought we were locked in the main door as we were trying to leave the building. I had locked it from inside with the key the night before and we couldn't get it unlocked, but we tinkered with it and got it to work. Just don't lock it with the key when you're back in for the night (it automatically locks and can't be opened from the outside). Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The property was spacious and beautiful. Comfortable beds. But it was advertised as having AC, and it does not. We rented both apartments for 5 days and the AC didn’t work in either apartment. The host was notified immediately, and we were told on the second day that we had the heat setting on. We did not. Even when it was “fixed”, the temperature in both apartments was over 25 degree Celsius which is stifling. We asked for fans in the bedrooms if they couldn’t fix the AC. They did not respond nor remedy the situation.
