We liked the location and the two bedroom space was good . as well the instructions and assistance given by Happy Rentals was excellent

良かった点 : 清潔度、ロケーション
Summering av problem:- Dålig köksutrustning, lite porslin med otillräcklig mängd glas för antalet personer som lägenheten var avsedd för. Vi fick köpa extra dricksglas själva. Kaffekapslar som låg i lägenheten var fel, passade ej, ledde till felköp av kapslar.- Duschen i ett av badrummen oanvändbar under hela veckan. Felet bekräftades av "kontoret" men åtgärdades inte under vår vistelse.- Läckande diskmaskin i köket, dessutom fungerade den bara sporadiskt under veckan- Oförklarliga elavbrott när säkringen löste ut, oklart varför- Varmvatten försvann, blev aldrig återställt innan vi åkte - Information om lägenheten och dess hantering sakandes helt- Inget boende vi kan rekommendera

Regarding the bathtub, we acknowledge that the cold water was not working correctly and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Concerning the coffee machine and dishwasher, the property manager made efforts to assist you by providing instructional videos and offering to visit the apartment to explain how to use the appliances. Unfortunately, the visit could not take place as you were not present at the property at the time. We would also like to point out that, during the peak summer season, resolving maintenance issues can be particularly challenging, as many specialized service providers and technicians may be on holiday. While we always do our best to assist our guests promptly, certain repairs require qualified professionals and cannot be carried out directly by our team. We understand that this situation was frustrating and regret that we were unable to resolve everything during your stay.
