Beautiful village house located on the outskirts of the famous Calvario of Pollensa. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a terrace, a patio with a large barbecue, a balcony, and two living rooms. There is also Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Spacious and elegant three-story house situated in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, just a few steps from the famous Calvario. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining area, a small guest toilet, and a modern kitchen that opens onto a large interior patio with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The second floor contains three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The third floor features a living room with a small front terrace offering magnificent views of the town and the Puig de Maria, as well as a larger rear terrace that provides a beautiful and relaxing view of the Calvario and its surroundings.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, charged for each guest over 16 years old.

Per person, per day:

•From November 1st to April 30th: €0.55

•From May 1st to October 31st: €2.20

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We offer a complete online guide with all the local information (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest…) so you can make the most of your holiday.

Our stay at Ca Na Caty was simply incredible – even better than we expected!

The property is very cosy, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved being able to have barbecues on the terrace, cook meals in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen,simply dine out, as there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the accommodation. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Pollensa, close to everything, yet still in a peaceful area. It was definitely an experience we would repeat without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Review of Townhouse Ca Na Caty in Pollensa

We really loved this house in the old town of Pollensa, on a very quiet street and close to the famous Calvario. It’s perfect for unwinding and enjoying the village. The house is very comfortable and has a great patio with a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and eating outside. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, and the upstairs terrace has beautiful views you won’t get tired of. It’s also close to everything you need: the beach isn’t far, and there are supermarkets nearby for basics. The place has loads of charm and made us feel right at home. All in all, it’s a great spot if you want to relax, enjoy the village, and have a lovely time with familyfriends.

We spent a fantastic week at Townhouse Ca Na Caty.

The location is unbeatable – right in the old town of Pollença, on a very quiet street, just a short walk from the Calvari steps and the main square. It was the perfect base to combine relaxation with exploring the area. The house is beautiful – a lovely blend of traditional charm and modern touches. Everything was very well maintained and fully equipped. There are three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus spacious common areas including a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen with a patio and barbecue, and several terraces with stunning views. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was a real relief after walking around townspending time in the sun. All in all, an exceptional place to stay for anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and local charm. Highly recommended.

Nuestra estancia en Ca Na Caty fue absolutamente maravillosa.

La casa es una joya escondida en el corazón de Pollensa, combinando a la perfección comodidad y estilo tradicional con toques modernos. Cada rincón está pensado para ofrecer una experiencia acogedora, desde la cocina bien equipada hasta la terraza ideal para disfrutar de barbacoas al aire libre. La ubicación es insuperable: muy céntrica, con acceso fácil a tiendas, restaurantes y puntos de interés, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila que invita al descanso. Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt im Herzen von Pollença

Wir haben eine Woche im September in Ca Na Caty verbracht und die Erfahrung war insgesamt fantastisch. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: mitten in der Altstadt von Pollença, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptplatz entfernt, aber dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Ideal für alle, die lokales Leben mit Erholung verbinden möchten. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit einer Einrichtung, die Traditionelles mit modernen Akzenten kombiniert. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel, besonders das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die drei Badezimmer waren ein großer Pluspunkt für unsere sechsköpfige Gruppe. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, um zu Hause zu kochen. Wir haben auch den Grill im Hinterhof genutzt, was die Abende besonders angenehm machte. Die Terrassen bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Kalvarienberg und die Stadt – das Frühstück dort war einer der schönsten Momente des Tages. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, und die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen war besonders nach einem Spaziergang durch die Stadt oder einem Strandtag sehr willkommen. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und sicher.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ca Na Caty war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar – mitten im Zentrum von Pollensa, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptplatz, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Außerdem ist die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut, sodass man problemlos die nahegelegenen Strände erreichen kann. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt und zum Kochen brauchten. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen – die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch der Service von Home Villas 360 war hervorragend. Das Team war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Ca Na Caty.

Desde el primer momento me sorprendió su ubicación, se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila del casco antiguo de Pollensa, a pocos pasos del emblemático Calvario. Eso le da un encanto especial, pues permite disfrutar de la calma pero también estar cerca de bares, tiendas y ambiente local. Las terrazas son espectaculares, perfectas para relajarse al atardecer con vistas al pueblo y a las montañas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la casa está muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina. Todo estaba limpio, bien cuidado y el proceso con Home Villas 360 fue muy fácil. Sin duda, una opción ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad y buen gusto en Mallorca. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!
