Spacious and elegant home in central rome, strategic and privileged location. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a classic and elegant style, and consists of:
LIVING ROOM: A quiet and welcoming space, furnished with a sofa bed for two, armchairs, a desk, and a large bookcase. The ideal place for relaxing moments.
DINING ROOM: A space separate from the living room, perfect for a dinner with your travel companions.
KITCHEN: A complete and well-organized space, with all the tools available for enjoying cooking: gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, plates, cutlery, pots, and pans.
TWO BEDROOMS: One double bedroom plus the loft with a double bed in the living room.
ONE BATHROOM: Complete with a tub/shower enclosure, a set of linens, and a starter courtesy kit.
The house is located on the first floor of a historic building, and for this reason, it does not have an elevator.
