Great place to stay!

I stayed at the place for two weeks and have nothing to complain. The communication with the host was easy, the location is amazing and the place looks like it’s advertised. Would always come back :)

Fabulous location

We loved the location and the photos & description are accurate. Our host was welcoming and accommodating, with a last minute additional guest. The best part is, you feel part of the neighborhood with the market close at hand and the ability to prepare your own food or visit one of the restaurants at the door.

A paradise of calm and light in the heart of Rome

Perfectly located within 2 minutes walking distance from Campo dei Fiori, the spacious and clean apartment offers plenty of light and tranquility. A very polite and always helpful host made this a 5-star experience. I cannot wait to go back!

Incredible location, AWESOME property

This very practical and comfortable apartment located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a beautiful, old building offers classic rooftop views and probably the best location in Rome! Walking distance to hundreds of outstanding restaurants and many of the main sites of the ancient city makes saying here an absolute no brainer. Check in and check out were flawless. The property team was very helpful and super easy to communicate with. 11/10 - would recommend highly and we will be staying here again!

Everything was Perfect

Best location in Rome, just half block from Campo Fiori, allowed us to do ALL attractions on foot. Excellent communication and welcoming by the host . Excellent internet, fast speed, ten times better than in the US !!! We found everything that we need to leave as at home during 6 days, Thank you for everything, Arrivederci !!!

A wonderful week

We spent 7 days in the apartment and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great, you can walk to a lot of Romes' sightes within 15 minutes and the flat is directly located in an aera, where many cafés/bars/restaurants are - it is very nice to walk around there in the evening and have a drink! The apartement itself was charming and looked typically roman, the only thing you should be aware of is the toilet, since it is not allowed to throw anything in there (not even toilet paper - the water pipes are very small and things can get stuck easily). All in all we had a very nice week in Rome.

licht appartement op mooie lokatie, rustige ligging

De ontvangst was goed, het appartement is licht en heeft een goed layout. Goed (2-persoons) bed. Minpunten: badkamer zeer klein; sommige dingen (pedaalemmer kapot, gerafelde handdoek) kunnen beter. In de kastjes zaten veel spulletjes van de eigenaar en de properheid had beter gekund.

très mauvais rapport qualité prix

l'appartement est très bien placé et lumineux, le gérant très réactif et a essayé de proposer des solutions à la plupart des problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. MAIS, l'appartement était très sale quand nous sommes arrivés (nous avons dû faire le ménage, jusqu'à nettoyer le frigidaire et laver toute la vaisselle qui était inutilisable en l'état). le gérant nous a proposé de refaire passer sa société de nettoyage, mais après avoir récupéré les clés nous étions repartis aussitôt, puis rentrés trop tard dans la soirée pour que quoique ce soit puisse être fait à l'instant T. fuite d'eau au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain. Odeur désagréable d'égoût dans la salle de bain, forte présence de poussière partout, ustensiles de cuisine très endommagés, une fenêtre de l'appartement était cassée (elle ne fermait plus, nous avons dû caler des livres devant pour la maintenir fermées. le gérant nous a dit être au courant de la situation, mais rien n'a été fait). à 130 euros la nuit nous sommes très mécontents de la prestation proposée. C'est une des premières fois que je fais appel à Abritel, je ne pense pas réitérer l'expérience.

Charlotte, we knew this was coming right? You pretty much told me right off that you wanted a discount, I asked for what and you said cleaning, I said I'd call in call in the cleaning agency immediately, but you didn't want it. Then you came up with the tiny leak in the bathroom and I offered to send a plumber within 2 hours but you said you won't be home, I said he had keys and was trustworthy, still you didn't want him to come. Finally you said the window wasn't closing properly, I said I wasn't able to send somebody right away and it wasn't needed really, you have 5 more windows , the apartment heated and the window was closed with the books in front. You were just asking again for money back... I told you I'd give you a full refund if you would just leave. But that wasn't what you wanted, since the apartment was obviously fine for you, you just wanted money back or leave a bad review. Here we go, hope this makes you happy.
